Customer service is horrible. They never greet you & seem like they’re always in a bad mood. They’re rude. They get upset when you redeem your points or free stuff. Makes me feel uncomfortable.

Cold brew tasted a tad burned. Good service overall. Bag of special beans around 18 plus tax. Will come back to try other drinks. I only drink coffee black or cold brew just fyi.

Staff are very rude. I’ve tried this place multiple times because I thought maybe someone was having a bad day but NOPE. Coffee is good but the experience is not worth it.
Menu items are great, but it all depends on the employee who is working at the drive thru window. Some are good and some are not. When it's not good, the drinks are not made correctly and are not good, and no one seems to care. When it's good, it's very good! Make sure to taste your drink and make sure you have the right sized straw (boba for example) before you leave the window!

Staff always goes above and beyond. Their merch is always stocked and clean. Haven't had a single drink I haven't enjoyed. Their blended drinks stay cold and stay thick longer than the competition.
Parking: There are 6 or 7 parking spaces. They do have handicap accessible parking.

Coffee is much better than Starbucks, but nearly 7 dollars for a bagel, cream cheese and a small coffee is highway robbery. Likely won’t be going back at these prices. I mean they do realize a pound of coffee is like nine dollars so how are you charging me a third the price of a pound of coffee for a single coffee?

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for the past few years but even the convenience won’t convince me to continue going. Most of the employees have treated me like I’m a burden to serve, act annoyed when I’m trying to make up my mind. The male employee with glasses definitely needs to find a new job because he seems to hate this one. Please don’t take it out on customers that just want a coffee to brighten their day!

I am so shocked with how i was treated here.
I went to go in and try and get an iced American dry and the girl that works drive thru the one with acne and grown out dark roots and that wears glasses was so unprofessional. She laughed at me because i said American instead of "americano" then as i was driving away she says "you know i can still hear you" so as i pull forward i ask who was on the headphone and she says "if you have a problem you can say it to my face" This place is so unprofessional. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Then i ask to speak with the manager and the manager is like 4'9 staring at the whole thing going down and does not step in to control her employee. Seriously who is hiring these people and leaving them in charge for the company to just fail. Customer service here is horrible. Like i get it if your unhappy at your work place and unhappy within yourself then go find another job and do something with your life instead of letting out your unhappiness and bitterness to the customers.
I really do hope they take disciplinary measures and take action on this girl because she was an embarrassment to coffee bean.

Poorly managed, poorly trained, poor customer service, ?high turnover? they don’t acknowledge customers waiting inside for excessively long periods for simple orders like iced coffee (with no line ahead). They aren’t especially apologetic when you ask for a refund either. Shockingly poor experience today.
