Very cool, very groovy, very casual and fun place. No pretense or bullcrap. Come in, have a drink, have some fun and soak up the good vibes. Large venue. Great local, friendly waitstaff. Really neat area that is largely ignored by greater Los Angeles, which makes it a hidden paradise.

Is the a/c broken or are they just being cheap? An open door and ceiling fans don't cut it when it is 105 degrees! There is no breeze or cool air to circulate and you probably waste energy with the door open. I wanted to enjoy the bands but when you are stuck to the seats with your legs dripping, it's not a pleasant atmosphere. I like the place and the events but you need to make the temperature comfortable if you want people to stick around. I probably won't order food again. Sliders usually come in threes, these came in a pair. I got no ketchup for the 5 fries on my plate, and nobody around to ask, and my friend got her food WAY after mine even though we ordered at the same time. The staff seemed young, overwhelmed, and HOT!

Nice enough place in Monrovia considering all the options at your disposal. Bar quality food. Beer on draft is $9.40. Decent musical entertainment. Nice middle class venue.
Place is terrible. They serve bikers before patrons that arrived first. I suggest supporting an establishment that cares about it's community

I've got to tell you this place is something else it's run by a total jackass that decides the charge the customers the credit card fee and get this before you even get your drink You're going to be told to pay for it The name is really fitting if you want to go pour go to the poor house
Nepotism runs wild in this place too as well his views toward veterans are of ill repute I was 86 out of this establishment for bringing up to management that typically when you go in a restaurant and you order a drink or food you don't pay for it before you get it typically what happens is they ask would you like to open up a bill not this place they'll ask for the money before you even get your drink To make matters worse they also stick you with the credit card fee and they don't advertise . Don't be fooled with this place and they're karaoke night and a bunch of nepotism run by a wannabe bodybuilder I highly suggest you don't mix it up especially if you're a veteran
