Had a bunch of locals in it. The first lady unpolitely says, "It's gonna be a while we are really busy." Was watching everyone getting there plump beautiful sandwiches. (Must have known each other awhile) I got my sandwich, and it was half hazard put together. Flat and nowhere near what I say being made for their local friends. For the ($10 and $2 tip, ", 12 dollars I spent was feeling let down.

Custom sandwiches with a fair amount of options; a no fuss or frills place. It's true, great price for the portion. A bunch of us came crashing in unexpectedly on our lunch, and the wait wasn't bad at all. All left happy. Would return.
She has very good sandwiches. Very nice and friendly atmosphere people were great. Not a very large eating area but it's not a very big town.

Found this while working the McKinney fire, our base camp was in Montague, great sandwiches, great breakfast sandwich as well, she hand makes donuts and turn overs. Nothing bad on her menu.
