“Went here for a birthday party. They were attentive and the food was good. They provided chopsticks upon request. There was no shortage of napkins, it was like when restaurants give free chips or bread, but napkins.Kid-friendliness: They were very patient with my hyper nephew and interacted with him in a friendly way a few times.”
“This little place is the best kept secret in Yreka. The food was an A+. The prices were fantastic! The owners were attentive and friendly. I've been on a two week road trip and this was by far the best meal I've had. When in Yreka stop here. You'll be very happy you did.”
“The owners and staff make this place amazing! Everything is made from scratch and is so fresh, you can tell they pour their heart and soul into everything they do. They support local businesses and artists too. Go for the pizza, stay for the good vibes.”
“Love this place! So many workshops and projects you can just walk in and do. The food is amazing and the have gluten free options! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughters birthday party here was so fun! Definitely recommend and super family friendly.”
“What a pleasant surprise at this eating establishment. After being disappointed by a few other Mexican restaurants in the area I stopped and had a burrito here. The staff was nice, laid back and the inside was comfortable. The burrito was quite good and had more guacamole than most places provide. The size was enough not only for dinner for me with bit left over for breakfast. The salsas were ok but did lack a bit of flavor for my taste. If you just want to eat some good food and chill, this is a good place for that.”
“Stopped here on a lark while traveling through. The chicken pad thai and green curry (with shrimp) were REALLY good. Staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a stop!”
“Very freindly.the two young ladys working were really nice.one new my daughter from school.my daughter had moved awsy and was back for thanksgiving break.the employee was thrilled to see her and swapped numbers .the drinks were perfect ? as always very good service from Golden Rush Espresso.Dosent matter whis at the window we always get excellent services and quality beverages”
“We had a fantastic experience at the Wine Bar & Bistro in Yreka. The service and food were excellent. Owner, Sunshine was friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend making a stop in Yreka for this hidden gem.”
“Thank you all so much for a wonderful afternoon! our family, thoroughly, enjoyed the fun lively music with Rusty and Warren. The environment is great and our food was delicious, as always.”
“My family came in this evening and had a fabulous time. Heather was our server and was top notch! We learned she is quite the baker. ❤️ Dinner was decent, prefer fresh mushrooms over canned, bread aid packaged, salad just out of a bag; but the ambiance and service are why we will be returning. I wish you could work on having all fresh ingredients and maybe fresh baked bread. Thank you so much.”
“Not a huge selection on the menu, but what I had, they did very well. Menu was hot dog, chili dog, polish sausage, red hot, and a couple of different options on nachos. You order at the window and pick up at same window. Condiments and toppings out front ready to go. Great place for a dog, for certain. Can't say in the nachos as I didn't try them. If you decide to go here, bring cash. They don't do card. Well worth a trip by an ATM, tho.”
“Love this restaurant! Great food, friendly staff and an authentic atmosphere. Try it you'll like it ☺️Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Great family restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are welcome”
“Little haven amidst a valley of fast food chains. The turkey sandwich and chicken pita wrap were solid, and the staff was friendly. Would like to stop again to try the soups!”
“Well I'm changing to this place in town for my hot Rochas! Great discounts for seniors and vets, AND they use Ghirardelli cocoa powder! Usual proces, not higher, but better tasting mocha! Love this place.Vegetarian options: Can make whatever they serve vegetarian!”
“Heard many positives about this place, my daughter and I attended the New Year's Eve Party and definitely was not disappointed! Everyone was so nice, friendly inviting atmosphere, good food...will definitely be back. ☺️”
“If you're driving down I5 and wondering if this place is worth the stop.. just do it! You won't regret it. Great portions, authentic food and reasonable prices. Best Chinese place from SF to Portland!”
“This place is my favorite in the whole county! They offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. This is my go-to spot when I need great food. Their service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The resturant in Yreka is fantastic, and the food truck in Weed is excellent. They never let me down on quality, and I've ate here at least 100 times over the last five years. A total gem, for sure!”
“Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables to choose from as well as sauces.Dietary restrictions: There is also lactose free cheese.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no ramp to go up. Easy open door.”
“We absolutely love coming and supporting this amazing candy store the lovely owner even went out of her way to specially order freeze dried candy to sell in her store so I wouldn’t have to order it online anymore! Now that’s customer service!”
“Didn't take any pictures. You've seen one blackbear diner. You see them all my sandwich was the chicken avocado bacon and it was a little dry and I had the sweet potato fries and they weren't too bad. My Wife had the chicken wrap with bacon and ranch. I enjoyed the service. The atmosphere is lacking. I think and the place was busy so they did good business. There also had some clothes and meat gift items if you needed them. Always pick up a bottle of hot Popa sauce. You never know when you may need it.”
“the employees are AMAZING. i went in today with a LARGE order to get lunch for our guests last minute. showed up right when he opened and he LITERALLY busted out the 8 orders(and i mean a combinationof different tacos on each plate, quesadillas, burritos, and e with all the special requests before the cashier could even finish the ticket and it was all perfect. 25/10 stars from me. Ricos is my favorite ❤”
“Nice and relaxed coffee bar. Unfortunately, drip coffee was not available and was served in disposable cups. Otherwise very nice - a good alternative to the large franchise chains!”
“The ultimate go to spot in the county! I’m always greeted with a smile by the staff, they’re all so nice! I love that their food (especially the quesabirrias) always hits the spot and comes out on time even when they’re super busy. I highly recommend coming early before they sell out!”
“Stopped by tonight for a friend who had a coupon. A young man named Melvin waited on me. He smiled, was patient, personable. Was nice to have such great service. Thank you Melvin!!!!”
“As a chef, I don't go out to eat often because I often find myself wishing I had just cooked at home and saved my money. I don't eat fast food, and when it comes to pizza I prefer a thin crust pie out of a wood fired Italian pizza oven. However, that is not why I visit this Round Table. For years it has been a spot for me to pop in when I have a little time to myself in the afternoon. I always get the same thing- three garlic cheese twists and a tall local IPA. It's not the food...or the beer that keeps me coming back over the years. It's the people. I don't know how they do it, and where they find them, but year after year this Round Table is always staffed with the most wonderful people. They are always attentive to the counter, even if it is not their station. Today, while I was deciding if I was going to actually get something different, three different people stopped to make sure I was being taken care of...and they seemed genuinely concerned. I can tell that their hospitality is not fake, because they treat each other with the same kindness and respect. This is a culture that is obviously cultivated by leaders such as Lupe. There is true care and respect that flows through the staff that I am blown away by. No matter how hard my day has been, or how lonely I am feeling, when I walk in and am greeted with Lupe's smile and commitment to ensure I have an amazing experience, I walk out feeling a lot better about life. Thank you so much Lupe (and the rest of the staff). I just want you to know that you make a difference in people's lives with the little things you do!”
“The photo on Yelp was enticing, but that drink wasn't available. Instead we ordered margaritas which were very good. The space is really nice. Our (lady) bartender was great and was a good conversationalist!”
“Cozy little watering hole. Owned was very nice. The bar has a tradirion of dollar bills being placed onto ceiling. Can of Coors Light and a well whisky shot was $9.50 as of the date of the review.”
“This is a great local burger place. The owner has a bit of a sarcastic sense of humor, so some people may have to adjust to that. I enjoy listening to her carry on as she takes orders. The food is very good. The portions on the side dishes are very large - two people can easily split a "small" fries.”
“Good food, fast, quality service. Servers all worked together to get the food out fast to our group of 13. They were quick to refill drinks but we're not overbearing. They kept the table cleared if used dishes and were prompt with the checks when our meeting was over. Food was served hot, portions were more than generous and everyone seemed more than happy with their meals. Can't wait to return.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to the restaurant, ramp and wide doors. Staff very helpful to mobility impaired customers. Restrooms accommodating to mobility issues.”
“Best sandwich in all of Siskiyou County. Kathy is a Montague Legend and Kathy's Deli is a hands down family favorite. Try their homemade cookies they're Giant and they're two for a dollar fifty. I consider Kathy's Deli the heart of Montague.”
