“Amazing food I got the pipeline classic burger and it was absolutely incredible. The service was great and food was delivered quickly while still being amazing. The feel of the restaurant is also great!”
“As of March 2023, La Perla has the best Mexican food in Mt Shasta City. The street tacos are simple, but on-point with handmade tortillas. The birria is tasty and enchiladas are hot and made with enchilada sauce from scratch (not a can).Parking: Only room for a handful of cars, but you can park down the street”
“Always warm & friendly. Great healthy options to enjoy in-store or grab&go!Highly recommend:*Coffee Drinks, Smoothies and Kombucha (of course!)*Bagel Sandwiches*Soup of the Day & Chili*Acai bowls (it may not live up to some trendy place in the middle of a metropolis, but not bad for a little mountain town)... So happy to support this wonderful business!Vegetarian options: Tempeh and alternative proteins available.Dietary restrictions: They are thoughtful and address Gluten free, dairy-free and vegan options.Kid-friendliness: Popular option for toddlers & kids. They like it and it's healthy, too!”
“This is my favorite restaurant in town. In Shasta there aren’t many food options, so I’m SO GLAD Crave is here for us!! I always get their veggie pupusas and veggie nachos! It’s 10x better than the nachos at any of the wanna be Mexican restaurants in town. Also, Lydia is the absolute best and I love that they have an outdoor sitting area!”
“Always amazingly wonderful! I love this place. I believe the chef is part angel. Food is ALWAYS excellent, service AKWAYS wonderful. Everything is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!! Wonderful ambiance!!! One of my all time favorite stops in Mt. Shasta! I am thankful.”
“Super duper excruciatingly slow service but great food. Glad for an entire vegan menu ! Got the green curry with tofu and veggies - comes with jasmine rice. Well flavored, they seem to use a basil paste vs traditional green curry paste with shrimp etc. No complaints, we did want it vegan. Nice portion and came piping hot.”
“Came here while on vacation in winter, sat at the bar and was pleasantly surprised. The menu was amazing, the server/bartender was great(I think I heard someone call him Chris?)Food was great. The side salad was beautiful and tasty. Adding beets makes a salad top notch! Had coors light on tap which is a bonus for us. TV’s playing sports and light music playing in the background. The scenery is beautiful. We will be back when we come back this way!”
“This place fills up fast by 6 PM. Either call ahead for a large party reservation or be prepared for takeout. Though might as well call for takeout otherwise you wait over an hour for your meal.Delish pizza. Love the Tropic Thunder BBQ, pineapple, sausage, pepperoni combo! Just call ahead.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade in the back.”
“Wow, seems like a little known hole in the wall. But it should be a popular place. The panini was amazing! The Castle Lake panini, oh.my.god. so good! And the house merlot was dang good. Get thyself to the Whiskey Row Taphouse!! Sorry the picture is only like 1/4 th of the panini, because I was enjoying it too much to take a picture!”
“Menu changes slightly! But the food was decent. Not sure if they specialize in their sausages before their tacos and burritos, but the food was just pretty good. The service was very kind and the people were amazing. It is only outdoor seating and cash only. It's in Mt Shasta City so everyone was so kind.”
“The dining experience was fantastic, with exceptional food and attentive service from our waitress, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. The Brussel sprouts and lamb she recommended were absolutely delicious, and I must add that the apple cheesecake was truly awesome.”
“If you never had the chance to visit a North Beach Italian restaurant before SF was ruined by the tech bros, Mount Shasta has the answer. Gigi’s is a great little Italian restaurant with the original Italian-American style. Proud of their heritage- photos and great food to prove it. Fun spot. Well worth the morning. If you’re lucky, you might catch Gigi there. Hurry before he moves back to Italy!”
“Nice and quiet atmosphere in the off season. Great service, and the best golden milk I've ever had. Not sure that's the best name for it, but it's good stuffDietary restrictions: Oat almond and soy substitutes”
“The finest food in Mt. Shasta for dinners. (I haven't eaten there for breakfast often, but when I have it’s been excellent). The prices are higher than anywhere else, but like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.Just a really well done menu, obviously very influenced by French cuisine. The spot is also family owned and I know they take good care of their employees. It's generally a very quiet and tasteful atmosphere. Certainly if you're looking for something more than casual in Mt. Shasta, Lilys is where you want to go.P.S. The desserts are incredible, too.Dietary restrictions: Accommodation for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with kid menus that come with crayons and coloring.”
“The Ranch is beautiful. The hosts are so courteous, nice, and welcoming. It was just an amazing experience and their attention to detail was incredible. The breakfast was top notch and the amenities are the best we’ve seen.”
