Couldn’t visit the roaster since the opening hours were very limited when I visit Shasta. But I got their freshly roasted beans from a local store and I’m really enjoying them! Hopefully I can visit here next time I’ll be in Shasta!
We tried to go here and meet the makers, but the snow was so deep. But we made it, just in time for their break. Crud... Northbound Coffee Roaster's make the best coffee. We will try to meet you again! It's a quest to express my gratitude for excellent flavor. Peace to you
