I usually love Black Bear Diner. I must have hit an off night. My family and I ordered a mix of breakfast and dinner items. The breakfast foods were pretty good. Our dinner items were not.I had the Western BBQ Burger. It is a regular favorite for me. When it arrived this time it was loaded with thousand island, lettuce and tomatoes. None of those belong on this Burger. The onion rings were also burned black.My server, who was amazing by the way, sent it back for corrections....read full review
We had an awesome experience with this location from the hostess to the manager it was a friendly service! Rosa was our waitress and she was professional and accommodating with my husbands order. The manager came over to our table and gave us great service as well. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I've always loved dining at the black bar diners throughout California, except the Mount Shasta diner..... which is where I now live. My orders have been wrong about 75% of the time, the breakfast potatoes are greasy and overcooked, other food items also tend to be over cooked as well. Also, the food does not come out consistently hot, some items on the plate are barely warm, some just hot.
