This place is my favorite in the whole county! They offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. This is my go-to spot when I need great food. Their service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The resturant in Yreka is fantastic, and the food truck in Weed is excellent. They never let me down on quality, and I've ate here at least 100 times over the last five years. A total gem, for sure!

El Zaguan Taquería is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Siskiyou County for authentic, consistent quality. The flavors are unmatched anywhere else, and the atmosphere is the most friendly. The food is great, tasty, authentic, and delicious. The outside looks plain, but the inside is nice and the ambience is excellent since they remodeled. Service is fast, friendly, prompt, and timely. Menu items include Pollo Burrito, Al Pastor, a king burrito, and great Adobada and Asada street tacos. Burritos are massive and drinks are large. It is slightly on the pricy side, but the food is good quality.
