went for a much needed date night with my husband he had the ribeye it was cooked to perfection it was tender and juicy and was delicious I had the chicken fried steak and of my gosh it was so tender and that gravy I loved it our waitress was very friendly and tentative we will definitely be back
Jefferson's is our go to place when we come home to visit. The food is good and the owner and staff are friendly. Today, around 1pm, we (party of 4) went in for drinks and a light lunch. There were 4 other parties waiting to be seated, one waitress and two cooks and one other woman that may have been prep staff or on dishes. The Shasta Pizza was delicious and generous. The only thing would be to spread the toppings more evenly. Service was fantastic, friendly and personalable.
They do have a pet friendly patio, extra bonus.
Easy off and back on to I-5. Definitely worth the stop.

Jefferson's Roadhouse is a chill spot filled with locals and families. The menu offers tasty options like burgers, steak salads, and fried pickles, all at a very reasonable price. The service is good, and the staff is awesome. This kid-friendly restaurant is a great addition to any road trip itinerary. The steak salad is great and the cheese bites are very good. However, some dishes like the hamburger and onion rings may not meet expectations, with the hamburger lacking flavor and the onion rings being super greasy.
