New ownership, I guess: It was noticeably different. The food has improved, the service also improved. It wasn't bad.Old owner: Horrible service. It was busy but black bear is always busy. There was no excuse for horrible service. We were ignored after our food arrived. No 2 minute 2 bite check. Never even thought to ask if we were ok.
