Like most taco bells they have gone to the stupid self checkout kiosk. I usually just walk out and take my business where someone will talk to me and answer my questions. I had people with me that really wanted taco bell and we didn't have time to go

We ordered a box deal and instead of a box we got a bag for both our orders and had to ask what was what
They dropped my big burrito on top of my taco with no lettuce. It was smashed into pieces. I had to eat it with a spoon. Chips for the nachos had cinnamon sugar as well as salt on them, which means their opener is not changing gloves between tasks. Do better...
