Customer service was bad and unprofessional. I the customer requested a refund for my meal because I asked for no onions in my food and I was still given onions. I have an allergy to onions and when I called the business to request a refund the associates were rude and were giving me false information about who I can speak to to escalate the issue further to reach a resolution. Besides being given food that I have an allergy to, the wait time for a drive thru was 30 mins long, the food was cold, and the staff were rude and unhelpful as well. I requested a refund and was told that refunds are not available and there are no signs at the business that stated that policy in their drive thru. When I called the business back after I was instructed to call them on Friday to speak to the store manager the associate stated that the manager was not in and that I would have to speak to the owner to request a refund and no contact information was given. Once again I was given the run around and the business was unhelpful in righting their wrong and therefore are unprofessional and unethical.

Walked in at 9:40 pm to order some French fries they said they were closed cooks looked mad I walked in. It’s cool if you want to close early but change the hours to 9.if I was the owner I’d be mad. Staff pretty much losing business because they want to leave at 10.

Food is good most of the time. One time their steak sandwich did'nt taste fresh. The meat may had been old. Another time my wet burrido came out cold even when i was the only one there. Quite confusing. Lately thouugh i must say they have a cook who sings and whistles while cooking. Although he livens the kitchen area i think of all the spit going into the cooking. I will still continue to go there. Staff is generally nice, food prices our the best in town and its location is easynto get to. Eating out is always risky onevway or another.

Went to the drive thru at 9:41PM…. They supposed to closed at 10pm…. So I waited to order for 4 min and no one said anything, so i pulled up to the window and the employee was moving his hands meaning they are closed….. well you should put a note saying you are closed because the signs were ON… wasting my time with this employees closing the business early.

What can I say about this restaurant that they make excellent burgers and fries are so crispy and fresh if anything if your over here in Montclair or Claremont come on by and get some food don't matter if your white, black, brown, Asian, just trust me on this one it's just excellent and they are fluent speaking so don't think that they don't understand they do. And try their Mexican dishes as well just so yummy and it's clean lots of tables fast service and all you can drink horchata orange bang, tamarind, and the rest of the soda pops. So don't judge them without giving them a try ok thanks

Always take my parents to breakfast here. We've been coming since it was larry's.. The food is always amazing.And the coffee is fresh and hot! The cooks are awesome and the cashiers are always sweet ! The place smells soo clean ! We have gotten other items on the menu and they are bussin !!!if you would like a really good chicken salad this is the place! Thank you hercules see you guys soon!

I was here earlier at approximately 11:50am and bought the family pack and a chicken salad for my coworkers. My coworker told me she found a small roach crawling in her salad and threw it away. I called the restaurant and the lady over phone said she would credit me the price of the salad. I hope they actually throw away their food. Since it's a small roach, that means there is plenty of them in the kitchen. Never coming back again!
Food was subpar. I asked for all done pastrami on my chili cheese pastrami fries. I definitely didn't get that. Chili was ok and the cheese was in big clumps that were barely edible. To top it off the food was not hot. My husband's burger and fries were a little better with good flavor minus the dripping wet condiments that made the burger bun soggy. Fries were good tho lol. Wouldn't go back at all

It is hard to find a truly good burger.... Go for the Herculean. Skip the fries and soda and the entire meal is reasonable and healthy. I don't think I could have that every day though. Just once in a while.

Food was subpar. I asked for all done pastrami on my chili cheese pastrami fries. I definitely didn't get that. Chili was ok and the cheese was in big clumps that were barely edible.
