SMH after work I ordered 6 tacos. Got there within 6 minutes around 10:20pm and they were all cold. Even the 2 with extra cheese. I was so frustrated I didn't even eat them. Never again!

Worst food that I had in this jack in the box .Teriyaki bowl.. just a few drops of Teriyaki sauce. Took it to go on my route, couldn't go back to return it.

I had a horrific experience yesterday! I mobile ordered a sandwich had confirmation and the guy named Jose was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this Jack-in-the-Box ever again! I mobile ordered a sandwich, I waited for it, and he told me that I should leave because it is not popping up on his end of the screen. He made me wait for over seven minutes just to tell me that I need to leave. When I Waited another five more minutes, I turned off my car, walked inside and showed him I had an order confirmation, and all he needed to do was check the number against his own machine. He refused and told me that I need to go and there’s nothing he could do to help me . Please fire Jose, he’s not doing any favors.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a milk shake and the milk shake tasted funny. But I still finished my food and paid the price the next day. I had a terrible stomach ache and constant diarrhea. Also the worker working the drive thru has a terrible attitude. Do not go here if you don't want to get food poisoning.

It was literally the worst service and it wasn't even a week ago that I had went it was on 10/26 around 10 pm no cars were in line so it seemed like it was a good sign WRONG! As soon as the lady took our order she had attitude and her tone was so nasty when we weren't being complicated at all whenever we had a question or tried tal she would talk right over us and acted like a complete ass so embarrassing being "a grown woman " she had glasses and blonde highlights even the team lead who was a female that night didn't bother helping and just ignored us will never. Go again to this location

If I could give this location and its workers a negative score I would. Yesterday was the most horrific experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever experience. I've seriously contemplated never going to another Jack-in-the-Box ever again because of this place. I had mobile ordered a sandwich and already paid for it and I drove up to pick it up and they told me that they have not received it. They told me to wait around the corner and they would bring it to me if they got it. I questioned the F? And tried to tell Jose that I already had an order confirmation. I waited patiently as Jack-in-the-Box had let me know that my order was complete. Waiting for him to come out and let me know that he still has not received anything and that I should probably leave. I told him I don't understand. It says it's been completed and I have an order number. I was trying to show him as he walked away rudely. I waited for five more minutes turned off my car and walked inside. I showed him on the screen, my order and confirmation, and he said he did not care. He told me that I needed to leave because he does not have anything on his computer screen. I let him know that I spent years in customer service, and at one point had worked in a restaurant. That's the way that he was talking and treating me was extremely rude in the all he had to do is type in the order number on his side. He refused and told me I needed to leave rudely. He said that it's not his problem and that if I wanted to talk to the manager I could swing by later that evening but he couldn't help me or do anything for me. Jose, you have awful customer service and you should be fired. I ended up walking out without my sandwich and probably will never go to Jack in the Box ever again especially not this one.

Very horrible service tonight...just asked a simple clarification of the order and the drive thru heavy set wanna be veterana chola had an attitude like she was forced to work there ... poor customer service. They really need to give probation periods for these type of untrained employees...
