I had a horrific experience yesterday! I mobile ordered a sandwich had confirmation and the guy named Jose was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this Jack-in-the-Box ever again! I mobile ordered a sandwich, I waited for it, and he told me that I should leave because it is not popping up on his end of the screen. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a milk shake and the milk shake tasted funny. But I still finished my food and paid the price the next day. I had a terrible stomach ache and constant diarrhea. Also the worker working the drive thru has a terrible attitude. Do not go here if you don't want to get food poisoning.
