Very disappointed in bar due to 3 weeks with no black cherries. My wife and I were trying to make this our weekly date night spot but, I drink “old fashions” and they don’t stock black cherries. My wife order champagne and they don’t have any chilled. We used to go to the chino location but, like the ambience in Montclair better. But, they just know margaritas and Mexican food. We won’t be back.
Love this place. Been coming for years. The new Terraza addition is nice but pray to god you dont get seated in there. They dont even remember it's there. Too new, i guess. If you do get sat there, be ready with your order or else you will not see server for a while. Foods delicious. Salsa could use a little more spice.
I had an excellent experience at Los Portales Mexican Grill in Montclair. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The chips and salsa were a great start, and every dish at the table was packed with authentic Mexican flavor. The homemade tortillas and seafood options really stand out.
