“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. Highly recommended!“

“We recently catered from Habibi Kebab this past weekend and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was very good--fresh, flavorful, and a hit with everyone at our event.
A special shoutout to Susan, who helped us throughout the entire process. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy and stress-free. It's always great working with someone who truly cares about making sure everything goes smoothly.
Highly recommend Habibi Kebab for catering--we'll definitely be ordering again!“

“I love how tasty their food is. I had the Lafta wrap and a Kafta plate. The way I devoured it all was insane. The flavors were great, the food was fresh, and the restaurant is kept very clean and tidy. The bread in unreal and tastes so good from their oven. I absolutely loved this place and I loo forward to coming back!

“This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere is warm and friendly which is evident from all interactions with every staff member. The food and service are excellent in every sense of the word. The bread and baklava were made fresh! The Turkish Delights were phenomenal. The owner and staff went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable and welcome, explaining the menu items in detail. We are so excited to have come across this gem!!! It is the type of culinary and cultural experience that my husband and I treasure. We will be coming again soon, both with and without friends! We can’t wait to try some of the items on the patio grill. :)“

“I was craving kenafeh/Bun . I stoped by the establishment… a big smile from owner!!! She welcomed me right away .. I asked for knafeh in a bun !!! Let me tell everyone !!! It was so delightful!! Very delicious!! I had to order a second one ….. job well done !! Top notch ingredients!!!! Very generous portions!!!! When done !! I was greeted with a nice cup of Arabic coffee!!!! I felt so welcome …Way to go !! Then I got introduced to the gentleman who makes the kenafeh and the rest of the fine selection… He is the owner !!! Family business..very friendly.. I will tell all my friends and family about Sea of sweets .“

“I finally tried this place out after hearing all the hype about it. Briana and Jake were super friendly and helpful and made my experience great! It can be a little overwhelming for a newcomer because there are so many fresh options and combinations. I went with a curated chicken and rice bowl to simplify things. Fantastic. The chicken was fresh and flavorful. the hummus, Greek yogurt dressing, tomatoes and feta made an incredibly flavorful combination! The rice was a tad mushy for my taste, but perhaps thats how its supposed to be! Don't forget to try the pita chips, they are fantastic!“

“So how many of us have been on the hunt for that mouth bursting Mediterranean flavor that doesn't disappoint! I've become much more aware of quality over quantity and the consequences of it! When you want to blend flavor and I do mean flavor with quality please don't hesitate to take a visit to La Verne's (Santorini) at Argo Mediterranean Grill, or its Santa Monica location! I was floored with the seasoning, and the hummus was the best I have had in years! There wasn't a dish that I didn't love! Coming back for more! 🤤“

“I just moved to Upland. Was craving Mediterranean food for a few days now. I always go off reviews when I try a new place. And this food was amazing and the empanadas are out of this world. Soooo good. Like really good. More importantly was the service. This guy is so amazing and nice. I actually felt like I was a family dinner and being taken care of. “We ordered the spicy hummus, garlic fries, beef shawarma, babakenush?, and cauliflower. My friend saw the baclava and had to try it. So we started with desser. The pistachio was very crispy and chewy and was my friends favorite. The walnut was sweet and chewy which was my favorite. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy hummus had a little kick at the beginning but as we ate we didn't taste the kick anymore. The cauliflower is lightly fried and so freaking delicious! I ate it by itself or with some hummus. My friend ate it with the babakanush and some cauliflower sauce and was in love. I tried her babakanush. I don't like eggplant but this was really delicious! Had a lovely garlic flavor that was slightly addicting. The garlic fries was just fries sprinkled with garlic powder but dipped it in the hummus and it was good. The pitas were really good too. I could've eaten more if I wasn't so full. But the beef shawarma was freaking AMAZING!!!!! We both said this was the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. I said no tomatoes to my beef shawarma which I'm glad I did. The flavor was absolutely amazing without it. Definitely 10/10 no complaints at all. And service was awesome too! So kind, friendly, and funny. I can't wait to come back again!“
