It's small, but the people working there were amazing, fantastic customer service, and the food was just as good, if not better than other Shakeys I've had. The food was fresh, customer service was excellent, and the place was clean. 11/10

The employees are nice, but they don't have enough staff working to meet any demand. It took about an hour to get Pizza and wings on a random weeknight.
The pizza is meh.
The atmosphere was awful. The tables had trash on them for quite some time. The games were OLD, and it looked very run down. It will be a long time before I visit again.

We came into this establishment to have dinner and boy there food is by far best pizza chicken and mojos I’ve had compared to all other shakeys food taste fresher than most locations and they have really excellent customer service everybody that works there is working the way workers should work in a food place work hard smiling faces and very good attitudes we don’t even live in the IE we live in Norwalk but came here on our way home from coming from relatives house thank you to the staff definitely will be coming back

I will not recomend this place to nobody they charge me almost $80.00 just for 2 pizzas ,1 order of potatoes and a coke also we didn't eat at that place i pick up my order i ask for my recipe but the lady continued saying the machine not works was sad ?
