Great service but bad location iykyk
First time being here, I needed to use the restroom and Rick was so sweet to let me in. My shake was good but it needed more oreos. Rick went above and beyond to make me happy and added more oreos for me🤭
Manager saw we had and elderly person n kept offering to help with drink fill ups n checking on us. Very nice.

Carl's Jr. receives excellent customer service and great deals, like 50% off through the app. The management is helpful, kind, and sincere, with fantastic communication. The interior has plenty of tables and good AC, plus a drive-through. The food is fresh and hot, though the triple Carl’s Jr. cheeseburger combo could be better, but with a 50% off deal it is fine. The best fries are always fresh and fast, and orders are never wrong. The store is clean and welcoming, with a positive atmosphere. A friendly and patient greeting makes the family feel welcome. Even at 1:30am, the food quality is really good. Rick provides professional, friendly, and exceptional service, going above and beyond. The manager runs a tight ship, keeping everything organized. The dedicated and genuinely kind team makes every visit great.
