Skinny Asian light skin with cut on her lip looked unsanitary, was extremely rude as If I'm not speaking plain English making it hard to order my drink like it's rocket 🚀 science 🧪🔭 then the girl after me she asked for 6 shots in her iced coffee then she makes a facial gesture like yikes that's just extremely rude in my opinion they need to be taught better customer service. The staff at Montebello are amazing. Fast and super friendly. This location is clean. Plenty of parking. It does get busy. House coffee and strawberry hibiscus are two of my favorite drinks!!!

This was my first time here. The service was superior, servicewith a smile from the young lady behind the counter, She asked about my day, she was friendly and genuine. Made me feel good. The prices are very reasonable. The place is clean and simple by no means boring. I highly recommend it.

I love that I can get a sample of the drinks. There’s nothing more disappointing (to me) than buying a new drink and not liking it. My husband got the Vietnamese coffee and I got the oolong tea. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back!
