AWSOM Wings Pizza & Burgers

The wings were perfectly crispy, large, and the sauces were great. I had the garlic parmesan and chili lime. Honestly the best garlic parmesan wings I've ever had. Staff was friendly. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it was sooo cold, the ac was on full blast. I am almost never cold and it was only around 70 outside. No need to keep the kitchen comfortable, worry about the patrons.

I rarely write reviews but this is definitely warranted. I have never been so disgusted. I ordered a large pizza and wings. I went walking seeing how it’s a block away. Upon opening the pizza box there was a huge cockroach inside. As I take it back to get a refund and explain the situation. The manager looks at me as if I’m lying. That was the first and last time I go there.

We at the barbershop come here to order take out every Wednesday, faithfully.

The pizza is not good at all. They barely put sauce on it. Wings are so-so, a bit on the small side. Prices are also kinda high

Service was slow, but overall it was good food.

Terrible service, Our server took more than 5 minutes to come to our table.waiters were walking around, talking. It was not busy enough for bad service. My drink was never refilled. They did not ask, even once if we needed anything else, or how was the food.

Great service, I picked up my wings about 40 min late due to CA traffic and person in charged gladly replaced my wings for some fresh new hot wings. ☺️

We stopped by for a meal, the restaurant was almost empty. The young man and the cashier said we would need to wait for the waitress to seat us which could take awhile because she was the only waitress on duty. I was surprised that we couldn’t be seated with 4 other employees standing around. We then decided to do take out and asked the cashier for a menu, she was extremely bothered that she needed to help us. The staff did nothing to try and save the business when we told them that we were going to another restaurant. When we left they laughed at us. Dear owner you might want ti supervision your business more closely and hire employees with initiative to help the waitress.

We moved out of Los Angeles when the pandemic hit. Before that time, we remember this place as Alondra’s, and it was a really great place to get some amazing food.We recently returned and it’s completely changed. Upon entering Awsom, we were greeted with really loud, inappropriate music. I couldn’t even hear myself talk. The music was also explicit and not family friendly at all. I don’t even feel comfortable typing what lyrics were in those songs. One member of our party had to use the restroom and reported that there was graffiti everywhere. Very messy and unsanitary. We decided to get takeout instead of dining in.Our order came out on time, but one of the entrées was left sitting there for almost 20 minutes by itself. By the time we got home, it was stone cold.Needless to say, we were super disappointed by this experience.
