This place was popping. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their cannoli Amy’s delight cake slice, and of course snoopy sugar cookie. This was my first time having a cannoli and it had a soft shell and was filled with plenty of thick a bit citrusy cream and crunchy chocolate chips. Eh. The cake slice was MASSIVE and had layers of fluffy, delicate, not dry white and chocolate cake, a thin layer of silky custard, plenty of not too sweet whipped creamy icing, fresh strawberries and bananas that added a nice fruity pop and was surrounded by some roasty toasty crunchy almonds. The snoopy sugary cookie was SUPER CUTE, had a yummy, fun, not too sweet, crunchy icing and buttery not dry cookie. Lowkey obviously my fave thing. Overall this place is pretty good.

Delicious!!! I have been going to Amy's since the 70s when I was a kid...cakes are So good and pastries never dissapoint..Definitely reccomend!

Just came on here to give a shout out to the team that helped my brother in law and me for my godsons baptism. We came a but earlier than our scheduled pick up time and they did amazing accomodating us and even gave us complementary drinks while we waited. That is going above and beyond so thank you and shout out to you guys❣️

I’m aware the Prices have gone Up, so the Quality of Pastries should be as such. I paid $35 for the large Creme Brûlée, once we cut into the Creme Brûlée, the inside seemed as if it was not cooked evenly ( the inside was like Watered down ) aka was like a Jello halfway cooked. The consistency from the Smaller Creme Brulee was not there. Disappointed., not worth the $35

So I came here because I was craving some of the chocolate eclairs. I found this place all by chance because I was a florist delivering to restaurant next door. Anyways I love the eclairs, they are really expensive, but what kills it for me to come over here out of my way is how the staff is basically talking to you. I get not liking your job , I worked fast food , but it wasn't busy and it wasn't like it was early in the morning or close to closing time. It's 12:30pm and I felt rushed while I was ordering and just the manner I'm being spoken to is nasty. I was in a good mood coming in happy to get my eclairs and I leave feeling annoyed and well unhappy.

HORRIBLE customer service here. Came in to pickup my birthday cake, which they said it would be ready at 10 a.m. Sunday morning. They didn't have it ready. They have 4 employees that lack customer service. They ruined my birthday morning!

What happened? This used to be the best bakery, with tons of variety. Now, they never have anything in stock, and what they do have is stale, dry, and old. Prices have gone up, but quality has gone down. The new ownership needs to get it together. This place is a gold mine if taken care of properly.
