HORRIBLE customer service here. Came in to pickup my birthday cake, which they said it would be ready at 10 a.m. Sunday morning. They didn't have it ready. They have 4 employees that lack customer service. They ruined my birthday morning!

What happened? This used to be the best bakery, with tons of variety. Now, they never have anything in stock, and what they do have is stale, dry, and old. Prices have gone up, but quality has gone down. The new ownership needs to get it together. This place is a gold mine if taken care of properly.

We went to pick up a tres leches cake and it was not what we ordered. It was a plain vanilla cake with berries inside. We had reiterated various times with the team member we needed Tres leches, which she reassured us. My little brother was very disappointed because he wanted tres leches.

Waited 20 minutes with 4 workers there and only 2 working. Kept getting told someone will be right with you then they helped a guy who had just walked in 🤦🏻♀️ I said I’ve been waiting and as usual they said someone will be right with you. I walked out empty handed rather than waste anymore of my time there.. Expensive sub par desserts and horrible service. Never again!

Shout out to Amy’s Pastry and their amazing staff, they are very helpful and make beautiful delicious cakes. We threw together a small gathering for my nephew’s birthday and he likes Fortnite and they were able to help me last minute find the design for the cake and have it ready for me the next day.
