Tried it for the first time today and I feel bad because the workers were so sweet but I got the chicken kebab plate and a baklava and it came out to $24 but the chicken had such a weird unpleasant texture and not much taste at all The pita was hard and cold like it was something they bought at the supermarket and had been sitting there for a long time ... The rice was greasy and this is the first Mediterranean spot I've been to that didn't give you a garlic sauce on the side.... The hummus was very flavorful and yummy though but I like my hummus with nice warm and soft pita so it kind of killed it for me.... The salad was decent.... Overall I will not be coming here again

Took a vegan coworker here for lunch and we both loved everything we had! The chicken is incredibly juicy and flavorful, they have the good feta, and their hummus is incredible. I had the Greek salad with chicken which was huge and filling. Prices are very fair and the owner was there when we were— very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Update: I spoke to the manager and she apologized, and luckily said that this terrible cashier is no longer with them since she doesn’t represent the customer service that they strive for. So I tried their food today and it was actually very good! Customer service was a lot better now, and seems like a very humble and honest location, go support this business if you like Mediterranean food! —————Old: I called yesterday at 12:30 to order the combo plate because I saw their website and menu online and thought they looked so good and was excited to try it. On the menu it says if you get the Combo kebab plate, then you choose which 2 kebabs you want. When I called, this cashier “Anna” picked up, so I told her I wanted the combo plate, and she quickly said, “it’ll be ready in 20 minutes” and almost hung up on me, but I said “wait excuse me” and I asked her if she’s going to ask which 2 kebabs I want, and I asked her “how will you know which 2 I want?”. She responded saying “that only comes with chicken and beef”. So I told her if she can ask someone, maybe her manager because on the menu it says “your choice of 2”. And she told me “I’ve been working here for years, I know that it’s only chicken and beef”. So I asked her, “can I speak to a manager, because I’m the menu it says that I can choose”. And she told me that all managers were out at lunch (how convenient). So I asked her “when can I call back to speak to a manager?” At this point I just wanted someone who would actually help me out. When I asked that, she said “I’m very busy, I have a lot of orders, do you want something or not?” And I told her no, and then I asked her for her name and she told me supposedly “Anna”. At this point I just decided to eat at Zankou Chicken, so I called in there and they were very helpful and food was good, but I still wish I got to try Ani’s, but the cashier was not being helpful or competent and honestly quite rude when she told me she’s very busy because she made me feel like she didn’t want to deal with me. So later around 6 PM, I called again to ask to speak to a manager, and “Anna” picked up, and right when I asked that question she said “you’re still calling? Don’t you have a life?” Then she hung up on me. So I called again, and a man answered and I asked him if he was the manager, he said no, the manager isn’t in currently, so I asked him if with the combo plate I’m able to choose my 2 meats and he said yes, so I told him my frustration with “Anna” telling me that it’s only chicken and beef, and that she knows because she’s been working there for years. And when I said the man said that “Anna” is actually a new cashier that hasn’t been working there that long. So I will keep calling until I speak to a manager about this and as long as “Anna” is a cashier there, I will not be eating there. Terrible cashier and service.

The food was great. Counter sevice wasn't that friendly.
The chicken breast kabob plate was plenty of food. The roasted eggplant and tomatoe dip was very good. They gave me a garlic dip and bread as well.

Parking: It's a small lot, but there were open spaces

On 7/11/2024 I order a Family Pack, when I got home I found out that the chicken was old, with a horrible taste. They are selling old chicken , I called and the owner was very rude and unrdisrespectful he didn't want to accept that he is selling old chicken. The health department already close ones because they have ? But it he doesn't learn a lesson!.

Came in and noticed only one person waiting ,so I thought it would be a quick visit. I had looked at the menu before going in so I know what I wanted. Waited at the front counter for 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Their whole staff looked at me and said nothing. One person even took a phone order right infront of me and still said nothing. That's when I decided to walk out.

We really thought we had found a great, local place until our most recent order. My partner ordered two drinks, a chicken kabob plate, and an order of extra hummus and pita.Upon picking up the order, not only were our drinks and extra order of hummus and pita were not in the order, but when my partner pointed out it was incorrect, they were told "That's your order, shoo"So not only did Ani's get our order wrong, didn't give us what we paid for, but then was so extremely rude for no reason. Who tells a customer "Shoo"?Now we will never go here again, and I hope the worker who told my partner to shoo has the day they deserve.

Forget the ambiance. Come for the kabobs, rice, the gyros, grape leaves, the hummus, the baba ganoush. They are busy with catering ... now I want to throw a party!! The guys aren't friendly but who cares.. its the kabobs!!

I went there after a long time and the food was horrible. I had the ground beef kabob and the meat had no flavor and really dry. It didnt even taste or look like beef. It even smelled different. I really wonder what animal I ate. The rice sucked hummus was ok. It used to be good.

This was the strangest experience I ever encountered. I entered the restaurant and there was no greet. The man in the back had this stare (if looks can kill). I broke the ice by saying hello (sarcastically) after a minute of who can blink first... I should've gone with my instinct and walked out, but I like to give benefit of the doubt and support small businesses. Me & my family took the food to go. As I am cutting my chicken, I find a hair mid cut. This hair was about 2 cm long, and the hair had a curve as if pulled from the root. Very unpleasant experience. Also, from my understanding, I believe it's illegal to charge $3 fee to use atm/debit card.
