I went for a specific flavor but they didn’t have it. I got a milkshake they put the milk part but no shake. The milkshake was so water tasted mostly of milk. Good service though.

During our visit 12/12/2023, my adult son pointed at the ice cream he desired, which resulted in the scooper instructing us not to touch the recently cleaned sneeze guard in a tone that felt more scolding than informative, as an adult, we do not appreciate being scolded like a child.I understand the importance of maintaining hygiene standards, but the way the message was conveyed was both unnecessary and rude.My concern is not just about the rudeness of the interaction but also the minor nature of the situation. The amount of contact made was extremely minimal, and it would have been a simple matter for the scooper to wipe the glass again after we left. I believe such situations can be handled with more courtesy and understanding, particularly when dealing with customers.I encourage you to address this matter with your staff, emphasizing the importance of respectful communication with customers. A more polite approach in such situations would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and enjoyable customer experience.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that future visits to your Baskin-Robbins store will be marked by improved customer service.

Manager is extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was a child, a lot of these workers are absolutely so rude and never have any kind attitude towards customers. Theres a reason all these reviews are so low and about the bad quality of this location. The last time I take my daughters to this location.

Located in the corner of N Montebello Blvd and W Beverly Blvd next to the Starbucks.We came to get some ice cream. We got the Jamoco Almond Fudge and the Turkey Day Fixin's. They were delicious and sweet.Service was good and there are plenty of seating in the late afternoon.

The worst costumer service and milkshake, we always bought milkshakes from here, we ask for two large strawberries milkshakes almost 20 dollars and the worst of it it's that it taste like a cup of milk nothing of flavor, we ask for a new ones or to have our money back they only treat us like if we are idiots that it's a milkshake and told us that it need to taste like milk, you should have better service or have better employees should take more care of your ratings

Horrible customer service on 11/17 at night, either these girls hate their job or their boyfriends ain't hitting it right. Either leave your Job or your boyfriend. Scooping ice cream its not rocket science, and then you complain about your pay. Owner needs to get rid of this toxic staff looking at other reviews they complain about the same. She's lucky I keep it professional with my kids around.

I just came out of this place with a bitter taste. Andrea served us with a long face didn't even say hello, was rude when we ordered. I tried to be as polite as I could but she was straight up RUDE! Will never come back to this place

I went trying to see if they were hiring and they did not take me seriously they told me to go back twice just for the resume after I went they told me give them my number and the manager would call me back it's been almost 3 weeks and no call , the first time I went a young lady had told me most of the workers were gonna quit so I most likely will get the job the second time I went a older lady started laughing when I told her I came for the resume !!!

Worst customer service , waited for our drink for 30 min , there was no people just us. We had couple of questions regarding our drinks and had bad attitude, she placed her cleaning supplies next to our drinks after she was done cleaning all the tables and we left at 9:40 she looked the doors right away , a guy was walking in a second after she closed the door and wasn't allow to go in . It was 9:41.

(Bad Experience, good ice cream) I went in at 8:50pm, 8/14/23, and as soon as it was my friend's time to order, he asked for a sample which turned into a request for a single scoop of that initial sample flavour. Not only did it take about five minutes to receive the scoop, but both the workers began to clean and refill tubs right in front of both my friends and I as my friend who just ordered stood waiting at the register. Even as he received the scoop he had to wait five more minutes to pay. After a while I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe they thought my other friend and I were still thinking on what to order so as the male worker started to clean besides the ice cream I wanted to sample, I asked if I could sample a flavour and he replied with "maybe" ???? I'm honestly still confused on why he even said maybe ? but either way I paid for my ice cream without my T-Mobile deal (which got redeemed but I didn't get the $2 off for some reason). I didn't notice this but my friends said the female worker, Jenna, kept side eyeing new customers walking in and spoke under her breath. Ice cream is good though, I got the Jamoca with fudge and it's tasty :)

Workers were rude didn't seem to care, made me wait 10 minutes for a scoop. One of the rude enpoyees is named Jenna try not to come Mondays at 8pm

If you want ice cream with a side of attitude come here. Really bad service from Jenna. Claimed Tmobile code didn't work. I asked for a refund and she said they don't give refunds. Worst experience ever.

Came in to purchase a cappuccino blast and the employee said they had no milk so she couldn’t make it. Bad management they should have all the supplies they need for the items they are advertising. Bad service…..
