I went here yesterday got a pretty much $20 dlr bowl. One of the girls in the front smashed with her hand the ahi tuna, albacore and spicy tuna, never seen this before. The tuna was not fresh and looked a bit dark, I'm not sure if it was because she smashed it. Either way, I didn't eat it as I was afraid the tuna was no longer good. Maybe the ladies up front need training. Also, they still expected a tip. Needless to say, I'm never going here again.

The girl working today at 4pm is always so rude she never says thank you or your welcome! Ur working a customer service job !!!!! Say thank u and ur welcome always!!!!! Or find a different job !!! If it's a delivery driver picking up food or regular customer u should be thankful and welcome their business!

Just did an Uber eats order... the ordering felt simple enough. I paid for extra crab meat and ordered a couple different sauces. Unfortunately, I only found remnants of crab meat smeared on the salmon (certainly not extra) and maybe ponzu but no house sauce etc... or maybe just not nearly enough? Glad I found soy sauce in my mother in laws fridge. Also no chopsticks? I guess I had to write that in? Sounds funny but I hate eating poke with a fork. Disappointed. I wish I had taken a photo but I threw it away pretty quick. Uber eats was great though-super fast.

Quick service. Large portion. I ordered medium size with 3 protein scoops. I like spicy so I chose wasabi sauce and spicy mayo. I did ubereat so didn't get a chance to visit the place. Packaging is steady, no leaking problem.

Ever had a group project and there was that one kid that didn't do shit? Well if he opened a restaurant this would be it. Food quality F, ambiance F, food options F. Are you understanding. I was fed yesterday's leftovers. The hotel pans had a cold ring you could see from just being taken out. They had no fresh jalapeños only the cheap pickled ones for nachos. No sliced red onions. If I wanted unidentified meat I would have went to McDonald's!

If a zero star was available... This establishment needs to be reprimanded. We ordered two poke bowls for delivery and added lots of extras. One was a small bowl and one was a medium bowl. Neither order HAD ANY RICE! So, we paid $50 for small poke fish bites swimming in sauces and cucumbers. Unbelievable. How can you make a poke bowl without the base? Do NOT order here.

The staff was friendly when I ate at this location and the food tasted good but unfortunately an hour after eating here, my boyfriend and I experienced GI issues which have lasted 3 days. This location has not passed certain aspects such as proper cold/heat temperatures and thawing of ingredients so I'm assuming that's how we got sick but it could have been from cross continuation. It's unfortunate

Staff insisted we put our masks above our noses. We were so annoyed at the way they asked us that we just turned around and left. I think after that we went back once I no longer work on the area cause I don't have to commute to work anymore cause I work from home.

I was not very impressed with Bay Poke. The rice was hard and very hot. The fish didn't seem very fresh and the bowl was expensive. I'd skip this one.

I've been eating at this place since Covid 19 and I love this place so much! So many different sauces and options to make your own special bowl! You can put as much as you'd like or as little. Such a small place so you might miss it if you drive by quickly! The service there is always patient when ordering and friendly!
The staff was very nice and the serving is decent. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I feel like $22 for a medium bowl is quite expensive for the amount you get. Other than that great poke. The store is along the side of the road so you have to park in the neighboring parking lot which is for the chase bank. There's very little indoor sitting as well.

Great service from a young woman, very sweet and soft spoke but throughout the process she was helpful! First time here, and the portions were amazing/generous! I will be going here from now on and the options of fish and topping were delicious and fresh. 2 medium bowls 36$ (16 and some change each) but worth it for the serving size !! Went to cookie plug next door too.

I was surprised that the milk tea was so good. The tea had a perfect balance of milkiness and tea flavor.The poke bowl was great and they gave generous portions. I only got the small, but it filled me up. The dude serving me was kind and always gave me nice big scoops for my toppings. First time coming and I loved it.
