Frank made our dinner extra special. Iāve came here for years and never wanted to leave a review till now. If you ever come to the Montebello location ask to sit in his section. He was so helpful and funny!!

Got seated immediately. Our server Frank was simply the best. Our daughter was craving mozzarella sticks and a pozookie. Service didnāt disappoint. Fast, hot food, drinks filled, and just on point. Frank made it a great experience especially on a Saturday when they get packed.

Whenever we travel to the USA we go to a Bj's we love it, but today in particular the one we went to was very full and the service was not the best, the beer took a while to arrive, we ordered more drinks for the children and it took too long, we want to think that it is because of the time, but hey we will still come back

I waited 80 minutes for a pizza that was just dough. I ordered ham, pepperoni, pineapple, and only a few pieces came. You could barely taste the cheese, it was just dough. the onion rings that were all burnt šTerrible service. I had to get up to find the waitress to bring me some Parmesan cheese, and she did it poorly. š
