Every time I Eat at BJ’s Alicia served me with a smile and my food comes out warm, prompt and exactly the way I order it . A+

This Bjs location has always been one of my family's favorites and we go quite often but the past week it has just been downhill. We went on Tuesday to go for lunch and they had just been closed about 12 or one and they were shut down by the health department. Despite that I still ordered curbside pickup today as I had rewards that were expiring and it was not a good experience. Ordered for 11 pickup it was not ready until after 11:30, and once I got home the tri tip tasted horrible, it tasted like a mouth full of pure liver and was inedible. Hopefully service is still great inside as my elderly grandmother loves the soup but takeout was definitely a negative experience.

I went to eat my garlic roasted veggies and half of them were completely soiled and just the smell made me sick. I compared a few pieces and you could physically see the difference and which one was sour

Our waitress, Alicia, made our afternoon/visit to BJs Montebello a most pleasant and enjoyable afternoon. Loved her attention and care. Her bilingual skillset made our monolingual aunt feel welcome and comfortable to provide her order seamlessly without confusion. Thank YOU, Alicia for your hospitality and for making US all feel at home.

Had lunch with a friend and the service was wonderful. Alicia serviced our table and she delivered exceptional service. Humorous, engaging, and checked back with us on drinks without us asking. Never missing a beat!! Would love to have her service us again in the future. Thank you Alicia!! You're the best!!

Watched a playoff game here recently, it was better than other BJs I've been to! If you want a seat in the bar area where you can hear the commentary make sure you come early. It was filled already when we got there right at the game start time, but there was plenty of tvs around so we enjoyed ourselves just fine.

Their Gluten-free pizza is really good, and now for the Gluten-free pazookie the ice cream comes in a separate container so there is no chance of cross contamination there. We plan on going regularly for the big games. It was a great vibe and we really enjoyed being in a packed place with high energy for the playoff game!

Good food, good atmosphere, but amazing service by Alicia ☺️ one of a kind! Had her serve me at a different restaurant before BJs and now follow her anywhere she goes. Joke aside, Alicia is a great server that makes our time at BJs pleasant.

The husband I went here a few nights ago as a date night. There was a bit of a crowd but the vibe was great and our server Alicia was so nice and attentive (one thing my husband loves is his soda) and Alicia made sure to be on top of that. The food came out quick and it was so hot and delicious. (I wonder If it’s possible to request Alicia as our server for the next time when we go)

Ricky did an amazing job very attentive and on point with service!

Ricky is amazing ! My friend and I just came back from a very long meetings, so when placing the order we just kept changing our minds (because we’re tired and not thinking straight) and he was very patient and helping us with the menu. He checked in on us in a very respectful time frame. We asked for dessert after our dinner, he made sure to communicate with us about taking our time about placing the dessert order in. I really liked that he respected and was patient with us about when we were ready to place it, only because we were full and wanted to wait for our delicious dessert. (Other places sometimes servers makes us feel rushed) I appreciate it & Thank you so much Ricky ! 10/10
