From the hostess to our server definitely not what we expected.Walked in and told no wait at the bar, asked how long wait 20 to 25 minutes. We said we would wait for a booth the hostess expression was not of to host. We felt like we were making her work. We were seated waiting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the server she was busy but should have passed her table to the other 3 people with no customers. We asked one of them to take care of us and they did. When our server finally brought our food you could see she had very long acrylic nails with charms, not sanitary and against health department rules. She should be a host or wear gloves. Have not been here in a while because the food and service is always lacking, and it has not changed. If you drink alcohol while dining here you probably wouldn't care. Hope management cares enough to read reviews.

Best HAPPY HOUR! I come here because the staff is fun and nice and with this economy we love how good the happy hour is. This is our go to spot. The beer (blond my favorite).
I guess the cook doesn’t know the difference from well done to medium well my steak was straight out well done hard to chew on .

I ordered a hamburger with fries and when they served me, they barely gave me any fries. I’ve never been that person o complain but when you’re paying 18 dollars for a burger and fries then I expect what I paid for. The price of food has gone up but the portions are low. It’s ridiculous. Not coming back here.

We had a large group of 11 that came all at different times and the server and back waiters were all patient and wonderful. They came around several times to get more drink orders and make sure we were doing okay.

This is one of my favorite locations! we have been here a few times and decided to sit at the bar this time and Beth was phenomenal! Her attitude was everything she made our experience the best one and we cant wait to go back!! If you go to this location look for Beth at the bar or wherever shes at!

I'm vegan, and they didn't have many options, just the basics. I really love drinking mix drinks. Maybe we should've sat at the bar area for happy hourinstead of full price. My margarita had so much ice that it was falling out of the cup. I only took 6 sips, and it was gone! So I ordered a Cadillac, thinking more tequila would be in it. I'm sorry but I was disappointed. Our server says that if you ask for light ice, they'll make your drink in a smaller cup. Be aware if you want a good drink there. Everything else was good

It only gets two stars because we got a very caring waiter and because the food was well portioned.Front desk is organized but let's talk about the work load on these waiters.I was changed waiters because the waiter in charge of my table had too many tables to take care of.Everything took too long to come. Drinks and food.To the point where i cancelled my dessert because they took so long.and that was the only reason why i had chose this place :( I wouldn't go on a weekend that's for sure.

Love the food! Service is great with the exception of my last visit on 2/3/2024 at approximately at 8:30 pm when we were seated. I had to ask for utensils after our food was served. Vivian G. was very nice but never visited our table during our meal that I am normally accustomed to with other servers from ALL previous visits. Only visited to bring us 2 course meals and when I flagged her to ask for utensils. The other visits were other servers. I tip above 35-40% to 50% because I believe hard work should be awarded with gratitude. In this case I was going to go with 18% but decided to tip 24% because I am not coming back.
