I didn't like the burger, the bread was chewy, the meat tasted weird. The place is nice because they have just remodeled it, but all the tables were dirty, there were no napkins in sight to clean them, I asked for them at the counter. When they gave me my order, there was no ketchup for my fries, I had to go back to the counter and the employees are not very friendly, there were few customers at that time so they could take their time.

I ordered on the app and arrived at the franchise about 10 minutes later to find the side door closest to the parking was locked. After entering, it took them a minute to be acknowledged, and it was at this time that they put my order in. The bathroom was dirty, but I've seen worse, and you couldn't wash your hands in the trickle coming out of the faucet. The other restroom had a handwritten sign on it the read, employees only. The dining room was disgusting. Nearly every table was filthy, and food/trash was all over the floors. An employee was on her break at one of the cleaner tables and saw the mess. It took another 20 minutes to receive my food, and I was the only person there. I wasn't asked if I wanted any condiments, and I'm glad I didn't order a drink as the coke machine was neglected. The new renovations appeared to be done hastily without precision or care.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door with the ramp was locked. An older gentleman had to have it opened from the inside.

Today, September 23, 2024, the cashier was very rude when she told me that she couldn't give me my order that I requested (Through the app) since she told me only through the drivetru but if I don't have a car, how the hell am I going to go through the drivetru, gentlemen of the burger king more attention with that cashier who was there from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Went 9/13/2024. Employee was friendly and attentive. The reason for the 2 star on food it's the fries. They were sitting out awhile.
Usually this place is very consistent with fresh and hot French fries. Yesterday I guess a slow day they had leftover fries. Highly disappointed in that. Can't never go wrong with the whopper. Just wish they really would have extra onion and extra pickles like I asked.

I have been coming to Burger King since was very young and enjoying the food especially the Whopper one of favorite burger since I remember my first one. Througt the years Burger King interduce new items to their menu some don't make it but other do. No matter what I enjoy the food.
