This Carl's Jr is clean, brand menu, very friendly employees, good deals like BYOB.

This is a nice Carl's jr location to visit. It's always clean inside and the dining area is never too crowed. It seems this location gets much more drive-thru visitors than dine-in. They don't usually have many specials or discounts advertised in store but if you use the Carl's jr mobile app you will find a lot more discounts, specials, and bogo deals. So it's worth it to checkout the app before visiting or placing an order. They have self serve drink machines also which is nice. This location is a longstanding landmark in Montebello. It opened back when the plaza was built in the 1990's and its always had a good reputation.

The truth is I love Carl's Jr hamburgers but I give a star to this place located in Montebello especially because I already had 2 bad experiences. I love the Famous Star hamburger. The first time I went to that place buying my combo they gave me a different one and as I was on my way to another place I couldn't go back to make the claim and change it and I thought there was a delivery error but the second time if I couldn't tolerate it what they did to me was to ask as always for the Famous Star combo when they delivered it to me I made sure it was the hamburger corresponding, more than anything, I only checked the paper on the packaging that bears the name of the hamburger, but when I got home, ohhh surprise when I opened my hamburger, I don't know how they honestly had taken the delicacy and the time to put on the bread a kind of simulation of meat made with breaded pickles. It didn't have cheese or meat, believe me, I'm not lying, since I was at my house and I live near the place, this time I did go back to complain to them and tell them why they play with people's hunger because in the time of Going back to the restaurant, my potatoes were cold and the soda was no longer the same, but that's not the worst thing. The cook who was in charge when I arrived to complain yelled at me from inside the kitchen, shutting me up and she was very upset because I had come to complain to them when surely she had caused all that problem. And the truth is that it is strange that only unpleasant things have happened to me and there have been many good comments, the places are not bad, the bad ones are the employees, just like this cook, that happened to me on Sunday 03/25 at 3:00 or 4:00 pm. If the manager is responsible, he will surely see this message well, but if the manager is even the cook, for the pleasure of filing complaints because their bad practices are covered up between them. With this I am not saying that Carl's Jr is bad. They are not one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten in my life. Customers are lost due to bad employees.
