When Carl's Jr. came out they were a little more expensive but better than other fast food chains. Then for years they were bo better than everyone else just more expensive. I think they are back :-) but the years in the doldrums has left them needing a spruce up.

Sergio the manager demonstrated the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Carl’s Jr. I wish every manager and specially team member was half as good as he was. Thank you for helping out. Don’t forget to get the app for some savings a combine them with coupons. Definitely worth it for a tasty burger

Could you please clarify why the coupon I received at this establishment, which indicates its expiration date as January 1, 2027, is no longer valid? The cashier, Alicia, asserted that its validity is limited to one week. When I presented her with the expiration date and requested her name, she attempted to embarrass me by implying that if I am unable to afford my meal, she will purchase it for me. I do not require anyone to purchase my food, and I reject her unsolicited remarks. Nevertheless, it is unprofessional to advertise an item that is not valid, particularly when the customer service is horrible. For the past three years, I have consistently visited this establishment without experiencing any issues with food or service.
