Chicken was Older than my dead grandma.. 🤮🤮 bad quality and the workers are unsanitized!! Don’t come!!!

Sandwiches are super dry. No mayo no ranch. They were prepared good before so I don’t know what changed. Do we have to ask for mayo and ranch now???

We bought a regular sized fries and usually they give us a big amount in a cup. Now they switched it to a box and i took the picture of the amount of fries we got. This was untouched. That is ridiculous

When I ordered the girl didn't give me a receipt so I didn't know what my order number was, and after about 10 minutes I asked the guy who was delivering the orders if my order had already gone out and he spoke to me loudly telling me that was the previous order, he was very rude.

Yesterday I ordered around 5:30 pm. The service was okay. After going home and wanting to eat, I found 2 short black hairs cooked in my buffalo chicken sandwich. They were not mine as I have long hair and when I pulled out the hair, it had melted cheese around it. I was so disgusted and disappointed. $12 for a regular sandwich and this is what I get? I really liked Charley’s Subs and after this, I can do without it.

May service the people who are serving are in a bad mood they don't like their job they don't go to work do something else

Workers are goofing off constantly before taking the order and while serving.Horrible service.

I didn't like this employee's behavior cause, 1)he gave me too little fries, and 2)he operated the cash register then prepared my food order WITHOUT changing his gloves. Next time I see this employee at Charley's I will not buy food from there!

April 14 Lunch time. This was the first time I have ever been to Charley's because we are visiting from out-of-town. Our experience started out great. The girl taking our order was super helpful and friendly. We got our order number and sat at a table in front of the food court booth. I waited and waited to hear my number, watching intently. It was never called. I noticed guests that ordered after me getting their food.... first one, then more and more. I finally went up and asked what was going on and our food had been sitting ready and sitting on top of the cold condiments waiting. Our food was cold and dry. The cook was rude when I asked for ranch. It was overall a terrible experience (except for the girl taking the orders) and I should have gone next door to the chicken place, like I originally considered. Lesson learned.
