i would give the food portion of this review 0/5 for the god awful fries. Whosever idea it was to use these damn fries must be out their mind and should be fired immediately. Please bring back the old fries or no one will end up buying your food that contains those homemade DIY fries.
So I didn’t realized till I got home to eat but they switched out the fries to regular simple ones and I’m not happy with that. It made my meal not as satisfying. Please bring the old fries back! The sauce ain’t the same either with those new fries. I feel robbed with it being pricey for regular fries.

Today I bought Chicken Now to take away, when I opened it I saw the different fries, obviously they changed them, nothing to do with the ones we have always eaten, I didn't like them, I hope they bring back the originals.

I firmly believe the chain is on its way out. How the mighty have fallen, since I remember coming here all the time with my friends after school like it was part of the routine and a 4 piece was big enough to feed everyone but their prices kept steadily rising over the years and they got stingier with the sauces till they adopted the Chipotle vinaigrette approach. Yeah, no. I’m no longer a customer after today. This breaks my heart.

The lady that takes the order is so rude. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and they just gave me the sandwich. I told the lady that I was missing the fries. She was telling me that she did give me the fries and got mad as if I wanted to steal fries. I spend more than $30 for me to steal fries. I just left because I was frustrated. They can keep my money and the fries.
