This place was good when it first opened up. Now their prices are horrible and they have diminished their service. They used to include two sauces per meal now they give you one and charge $1+ for a second one that is small in size. They charged my card multiple times and when i show them my bank app they said it did not go through because it was processing. Guess what a couple days later and I was charged $150+ for 3 chicken tender meals that I NEVER received. Also its very unprofessional how they give free toast and extra pieces of chicken without charge to people who im hoping they know. I was a fan of this place but now im disappointed and will not be going back.

Foods decent got what i ordered. Service was terrible and i was very patient and nice said thank you politely multiple times as well and was treated like I was a problem . My friend payed and the lady was even ruder to him saying the payment didn't go through even though it said on his bank account . He even showed proof but won't budge and gave him attitude and he treated him as well like a problem. They refused him service and we went another spot to get him food decent food terrible service and they charge extra extra for stuff when the other locations give it for free.the feeling there is unwelcoming by the people working there fix your management and hire whole new crew all of them need to be retrained. NOT WORTH COMING HERE.

I firmly believe the chain is on its way out. How the mighty have fallen, since I remember coming here all the time with my friends after school like it was part of the routine and a 4 piece was big enough to feed everyone but their prices kept steadily rising over the years and they got stingier with the sauces till they adopted the Chipotle vinaigrette approach. Yeah, no. I’m no longer a customer after today. This breaks my heart.

The lady that takes the order is so rude. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and they just gave me the sandwich. I told the lady that I was missing the fries. She was telling me that she did give me the fries and got mad as if I wanted to steal fries. I spend more than $30 for me to steal fries. I just left because I was frustrated. They can keep my money and the fries.

Very bad service there was a lady that answered angry,when a come back and told her that they forgot give the barbecue sauce on my 3 orders.She said that I have to paid for the 3 cups,she wanted to see the orders back.

okay, what's up with the rude chola ? Like really? Horrible customer service. I really want to like this place but they need to get the ghetto out behind the register.
Doesn't even offer a cup of water... felt forced to buy a combo and that meant buying a birthed water for almost 3 dollars. This place used to be very courteous. Probably will choose something else in the mall.

$15 for a "combo" with NO drink (extra charge) and they don't even fill the sauce cup 1/2 way (extra charge). I bought another extra and still not even full . Cheap place ripping customers off. Won't return!
