Kiosks weren't working and it used up my reward from the app before I can pay. Couldn't get any help since the worker spoke only spanish. What a way to ruin the mood and service. Walked out upset without anything since I don't even feel like eating anymore. This is why I cook at home and hardly eat at chains

Ordered loco salad and double chicken tostada and 2 chicken legs, when I got home there was no chicken legs and I was charged $27 dollars

I'm eating inside the restaurant. The food is too cold. I bought a taco and a burrito, and the frozen tortilla with chicken. I think the tacos at Jack in the Box are better, and they don't specialize in Mexican food.

I visit other pollo locos, this one has the worst flavor.

I went about 8:30p.m. and they were out of white meat for a 3 piece meal. Had to get a 2 piece with one breast and one leg. Maybe it's close to closing time and at least 5 cars in drive through. Food was good! Service quick.

I’ve been to countless pollo locos this is the only location that when you ask for red sauce they give you red sauce unlike every other location that gives you pico de gallo when you ask for red sauce. That being said I tried the habanero chickens. Eh. It’s alright. And they gave me old dry chicken despite it being 1pm thinking I wouldn’t notice because they lather up the chicken with the habanero sauce. But definitely will visit this location more often

Top Notch Customer service from the gentleman in the front! Huge smile, courteous and quick. Food came out great and was less than 6 Minutes for my order. Will be coming back and I hope to see them again. Thanks to everyone who worked today.

Great food.
The only problem is that we have to use a kiosk to order our food.
For me. This is not appealing. I work enough & by this time. I want to be served & not having to work a kiosk to order my food. Sorry but this is a disappointment. Please don't do this to us in order to save money $$ for labor!

The chicken tostada I ordered this time was delicious; the chicken was juicy and tender, the tostada was soft and crispy; UNFORTUNATELY, this is NOT the norm but an exception. The AC temperature is always great especially during this heat wave.

Today, June 2, 2024, around 5:00 PM, I went with my mom to El Pollo Loco. She is a disabled person who has diabetes and can't walk. The lady in the photo was rude. I asked her to scoot over because my mom needed to pass through the narrow space between the trash can and the tables. Instead of moving to let my mom pass, she asked us to move. Rather than apologizing, this lady laughed at us, as you can see in the photo. You can see my mom leaving El Pollo Loco while she is laughing. The experience was not good for my mom and me.

I asked to speak with the manager, but they sent over a young lady without a name badge instead. I told her it would be better to talk directly to the manager. When the manager, Celia, finally came, she was rude too and didn't seem to care. The service was really bad. I called the corporation because they need to hire people who know how to treat customers properly.
