Negative stars!!!! Worst experience today ever ! Sunday evening we crave a decent burger, we come to fatburger order all our cravings waiting 25 min + for our food to be ready... mind you we were the only ones there at the moment of ordering... once the food is semi ready it comes out little by little first one burger w fries.. then another burger set.. already my daughter complaining that the meat was burned and hard to bite in to, next another set of burgers all burned so hard it literally made the roof of our mouths so tender. Horrible!! Then the shakes were ready after we were already done w our meal. Buns felt as if they were left out from the night prior..... so not fresh... next thing you know others come in to order and the cook comes out from and says to them " sorry we are not taking orders for another 20 minutes because we are behind..... as we are leaving we noticed the cashier coming back from the 99 cent store next door After she purchased lettuce and tomatoes.... Again from the 99 cent store ... if you ask for this it'll probably be extra on your burger. Lastly our tab was over $110 .. soooo not worth spending your money here.... You are better off going elsewhere!!! Take our advice!!

This is the third Fatburger I've been to since the pandemic and It may be the last, unfortunately.I understand prices were going up everywhere especially in the food industry. What I wasn't aware of, is that quality was going to suffer along with customer service.The burger had the signature flavor, barely. The condiments were very thin. In fact I'm not even detecting any onions, the lettuce is hardly on there but there's plenty of relish to go with the two pickles I found.Now, let's discuss the staff, well the cashier, unlike the "Good Fatburger" in Van Nuys, this staff is hidden in the back. Understandable, I'd be embarrassed to let customers know I made such a subpar berger too. This presumptuous little girl charged Me for a drink I never asked for and got cranky when I brought it to her attention and when I asked for ketchup & peppers it seemed like I was bothering her. Until I hear that some improvements have been made I'll only have Fatburger in Van Nuys on Sepulveda.

Don’t visit this location. The cashier I dealt with had severe emotional issues. She didn’t want to give me an extra bag for my food. It was filled to the brim and I felt it would not be transported well in that condition. She kept repeating that is was store policy to only give one bag. That seems illogical to me, I don’t think fatburger would only allow an 8x5 brown bag per customer even if the order is large. Her vibe really creeped our family out & we all felt that she was to unstable to be interacting with customers. This was our first visit to the fatburger franchise & DEFINITELY our last. After that experience we are not willing to try fatburger for a second time.

DON’T go to this fatburger location!!! The cashier was so emotionally unbalanced that I almost felt sorry for her. She wouldn’t give me an extra brown paper bag to carry the can soda that came with the order. Her reason was illogical. She said that bags are only given for food items & a drink is not food. And when asked for a drink carrier she said that they don’t use them. So I guess you need to used 5 hands if you order more than one soda. I asked her why she was unable to give me an extra bag & she just kept repeating that they don’t give drinks for sodas. I then asked if I can have another bag to double bag the food items since the bag was to the brim. She repeated that bags were not for sodas. That poor lady has no business working with customers. She has no idea how to socialize in society. She seemed to have no emotional or moral gauge. Really creeped me out. ?

This place is great! The burgers are amazing! Where can you go wrong in having 24 ounces of beef in your burger? The reason it don't get 5 stars is the price. Even though the burger is huge it's still a little pricey. The fries are always good here too. Don't forget to try a milkshake, they taste like they are made from real ice cream, they always come out really thick. Go for the XXL guys! Get on that wall of fame!

Hi everyone I normally never write a bad review but the service was so bad and slow I had to. I also felt I was treated extra bad because after waiting for like 35 mins I asked how come it was taking so long and also for being Asian and gay. The person who took my order walk straight up to my face and said i was not the store's only orders and started speaking Spanish to everyone else and made me feel Marginalized.

Super bummed because I liked this place but they don’t seem to be consistent. I’ve been ordering Gluten Free buns and haven’t had any issues until recently where they just seem to be using the regular ones. When I pay extra for something due to health reasons, I expect to get it. I sent my feedback via the company website and never heard back, so I can only assume they don’t care. I won’t be returning, but I sincerely hope the owners see this and make sure their food is clearly marked and their staff does their due diligence to ensure this doesn’t happen to future patrons.
