My wife ordered N7 Black Garlic Tonkosu Ramen today 5/2/2025. Ramen soup was cold. Server Paul was arguing and justifying why the soup was cold. No apologies.

I ordered the soup when they first opened. It was great, not any more. Ramen is hot soup even if it were ordered as take out!

Alex seemed annoyed the whole time. I see he has other negative reviews. He was a bit stingy on the items and then bothered when I asked for a decent amount. The food was still good and the cooks were friendly.

I’m not one to complain but the employee named ALEX.
Extremely rude. Learn to actually speak to customers. There are ways to say/ask stuff without sounding so obnoxious and disrespectful. I had a sore throat and couldn’t speak loud enough to the point where he had to yell at me to speak up and I was with my partner at the time and Alex asked him to speak up for me because he could not hear me. Ok I get it. I got a sore/low voice I understand but he didn’t have to yell at me in that way. This experience makes me not wanna go back but I gotta admit the food is great

I had liked these noddles when we were able to serve ourselves however the service there is soooo bad they don’t say hi, you ask a question it seems like it bothers them, I asked for the price a female worker told the other worker in Spanish she can’t read the prices on top I think she thinks I don’t understand Spanish. Just the worst service I would go there anymore just because of the service. The noodles are good if you add season to it.

We had an order with a shrimp allergy. When the cook found out he would need to clean the grill he skipped us. I figured, that's fine. Then he skipped us again. Okay. When he decided to skip our order a third time I gave up and requested a refund. It looked fine, but I guess I'll never know now.
