Kindly asked oe of the owners for a cup of hot water. I thought he was going to be kind to me since I am a reular at this coffee shop, and show hisbemployees how to treat a customer. But he was very rude and denied the hot water. This coffee shop is too noisy, hard to concentrate. Do not recomend.

I visited Ground Up Coffee early this week. There was parking behind the coffee shop. I ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 pastries. The coffee was delicious and the pastries were great. There are plenty of chairs and tables. The decor is nice. Service was great and we received our drinks fast. Definitely a good coffee shop and I will be returning. #D-LOrecommended😃👍

great place, we found ourselves here via Holiday adventuring! Staff was very helpful in helping us each decide on the best options to our liking, and they handled our (admit: weird!) special request with efficiency and perfection, we loved the coffees, and the staff was just so kind and friendly.

Down to earth spot that serves a solid cup of coffee. Their hot banana oat latte is great! Definitely a place worth adding to your regular coffee joint rotation
I tried giving this place multiple chances but the drinks are not very good, they’re a little expensive, and the service is not the best. Also, I’m lactose intolerant so I order drinks that already have oat milk in them, yet they still charge me extra for it. I questioned them once about it and not only did they act/respond like I was asking a stupid question but they told me it was already made with oat milk and there were no substitutes, yet still charged me extra for oat milk… it makes no sense to charge extra for something that cannot be substituted. It deters me from wanting to come back.

My fiancé and I drive past this little coffee shop almost daily. Today we decided to try it out since we were grabbing food from next door. As soon as we walked in the door staff immediately glanced at us and then continued to do as they were. No acknowledgement at all. We ordered our coffee’s the barista who took our order was not approachable at all. As she took our order, my fiancé who ordered first wanted to add an extra item, that’s when the barista said she had already charged for what we had. And walked away, there was no attempt to maybe add what we wanted we weren’t expecting it to be free. She then walked away and started to whisper to her colleague. I had to ask for her to add what we wanted clearly we knew she had to charge us. It was a very unpleasant experience. The coffee was good. It didn’t really taste like the flavor I asked for not sure if that’s how it is or maybe we were just given bad service. Hopefully the owners can fix this problem. They made us feel like we were bothering them. Besides that the establishment is very nicely decorated and they are pet friendly which is so nice. But your staff really sucks it kills the vibe.
