Last week i came tO Montebello mall . And i wanted to try this place ice cool. They have this pitaña flavored ice cream/yogurt. Honestly it was really good . The lady that helped me was really nice and polite. today 3/15 i went back to Mall, so I wanted to get the pitaña yogurt again. Well this other lady that was at the counter was really rude it seem she was bothered to help me out. She said her name was Isabell but the receipt said Yara .im not sure if she lied about her name. It was weird because even the yogurt tasted different not soo good like the first time. But honestly i think it was more the way lady was with her attitude and the way she helped me. Not soo great

Beautiful ice cream. Lovely staff. Was great for the family of 5.
The mochi was ok, and the boba left something to be desired. We got the Thai tea which was almost sugary and the tapioca was too soft; it practically dissolved in my mouth. Interesting, but not ideal. The ice cream shakes were the best part, though. Very smooth. Come for the ice cream.

Excellent choices and service. My wife and I enjoyed the coffee smoothies and boba tea. Being from Hawaii we appreciate the offering of Bubbie's Mochi Ice Cream. The owner was very friendly and engaging. This is a must place to visit while in the Montebello Towne Center. You won't be disappointed.

We were in the mall and desired something cold and sweet. That’s when our eyes were directed toward Ice Cool. This is a wonderful corner countertop establishment with a wide selection of smoothies, ice cream, soda, etc. My wife ordered a Boba tea while I had two frosted coffee drinks. Excellent and refreshing beverages. They also offer Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream treats straight from Hawaii. The menu is quite extensive. The owner is a pleasant individual and his employees are top notch. This is a must visit place! Believe me you’ll be well-pleased.
