My family stopped by to dine-In before going to the Zoo. There was nine of us. When we asked Amanda for two a Buttermilk & this rude cashier said we could only have one. Utterly ridiculous! We spend good money here. Unbelievable!!!
I've gone to numerous other locations and they all have the 5 dollar box. This is the only one that says that it's on line only. I don't know what happened to this location but they have gotten very lazy and the customer service is horrible now.

Bought two medium size drinks and did not realized I paid close to $7.00 for both drinks?. If i would of known I would of skipped the drinks and headed to 7-11 for a $1.00 BiG Gulp.

So disappointed, since when are the jack spicy chickens almost the same size as the chicken sandwich? The chicken patty was literally a chicken tender and no meat all breading. Completely unedible, I would of gone back for a remake but I had my sick baby in the car 😩 How can I go about a refund?
