The food is cold .in order for the fries to be fresh you got to say no salt..the burgers are fack meat not like before ..the service takes long the sodas are sucky . there's a lot of sodas that they don't fill.poor selection...then the workers are not friendly .they look like they don't want to work and they open at 8am.they said they short on staff .I wonder if they own the one on Garfield and Pomona they got a lot of reviews that are bad ..not ever going to theses ever again not even if you pay me..1.7.2025

I've been going to this Jack in the box since I was in high school in the 90s. I like the burgers and breakfasts here. Lately I go in the early mornings before going to work. The neighborhood clean, lots of police. Prices are high thanks to the cerveza virus stimulus checks that cranked up the prices during the recession and inflation. And maybe even higher when Trump hits every country with tariffs. So might as well enjoy the service of somebody cooking for us, lol. Anyways it's a good place.

This jacks is bad got a hair in my cup and the short lady manger not nice at all.and the app sucks I got 180 points you have to mobile order and buy something .it's not like McDonald's...plus jacks app is hard to order .they don't help at Jack's

As usual the person attending is taking care of the drive thru line only and ignoring the customers inside waiting to order. I ordered the double smash burger and got only one patty. They offered me another burger. They put a patty in a bag and handed it to me. I gave it back. The manager knows what happened and did nothing about it. Disgusting!!!
