Food is pretty consistent here as far as Jack in the box’s but the service is horrible during the day time. We waited for over 15 minutes for four basic items. The lady on the speaker took very long to respond as well. 0/10

Idk what the employee's problem was but he was very rude at 3:30 am after I got off work. All I want is a mozzarella stick. But every Jack in the box I go to has a big problem with it. Terrible service, terrible attitude, just close for the night what's the point of being 24 hr if you won't serve a customer.

This is the second time in as many months that I arrive to this location on a Sunday morning and other than the maintenance employee hosing the outside, no one is working. Three cars waiting and no one took orders. Lazy and highly lacking in customer service!

I had stopped by tonight the the employee had informed me they were closed i have been here at 3 am before a couple of times not once was this location closed until tonight pissed me off

The food is cold .in order for the fries to be fresh you got to say no salt..the burgers are fack meat not like before ..the service takes long the sodas are sucky . there's a lot of sodas that they don't fill.poor selection...then the workers are not friendly .they look like they don't want to work and they open at 8am.they said they short on staff .I wonder if they own the one on Garfield and Pomona they got a lot of reviews that are bad ..not ever going to theses ever again not even if you pay me..1.7.2025

I've been going to this Jack in the box since I was in high school in the 90s. I like the burgers and breakfasts here. Lately I go in the early mornings before going to work. The neighborhood clean, lots of police. Prices are high thanks to the cerveza virus stimulus checks that cranked up the prices during the recession and inflation. And maybe even higher when Trump hits every country with tariffs. So might as well enjoy the service of somebody cooking for us, lol. Anyways it's a good place.
