Ordered my food an hour ago 5p.m & get out of the heat. I went inside ordered and decided to stay and dine there and IT WAS HOTTER INSIDE the dining room THAN it was OUTSIDE. It was 85° OUTSIDE, it was LIKE 95° INSIDE when I asked the cashier, she says this is AN ONGOING PROBLEM. The OWNERS KNOW DON'T CARE to TAKE CARE OF IT SO, IF the OWNERS DON'T WANT to FIX IT. I WILL NEVER STOP there AGAIN. And I'm gonna POST THIS THERE Are PLENTY OTHER of PLACES with AIR CONDITIONING They CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS, UNLIKE THIS OWNER

Hi everyone went to eat at this Jack's .The food is like a laxative I had to go to the restroom quick...my wife was the same that food gives you the runs...and the coffee creamer was old .this is the jacks in Pomona and garfield.iam sticking to McDonald's better yet.

I don't like the imitation burgers.so I am not going here no more.plus I had the app it's hard to use McDonald's is better there app you don't have to place an online order..For 2025 the new year not going to jacks no more ps I make betters burgers . Delicious.

Daaam I order 14 tacos and drove almost 15 minutes and to be missing tacos smh
Worst Jack in the box. I paid for the drink. But there was NO drink! The soda machine was out of soda. I asked the staff to refill the soda machine. Nothing happened. I paid for the drink but there was NO drink! No wonder no come to this location. This location is very empty.

Always make people park elsewhere because they have a timer in the outside window and they take forever for the orders even though is never full. I buy at least 4 times here a week since we live so close! Never get to see manager on site to check on this window situation…
