Worst Jack in the box. I paid for the drink. But there was NO drink! The soda machine was out of soda. I asked the staff to refill the soda machine. Nothing happened. I paid for the drink but there was NO drink! No wonder no come to this location. This location is very empty.

Always make people park elsewhere because they have a timer in the outside window and they take forever for the orders even though is never full. I buy at least 4 times here a week since we live so close! Never get to see manager on site to check on this window situation…

Did a mobile order and the restaurant missed my sandwich. I tried calling the store multiple times for a refund of cost. NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE.

I love Jack's but sadly this one disappoints. 1: I got 2 extreme sausage combos and both only had 1 patty. 2: (few days prior) I tried the garlic wings and it was terrible. It was like 90% breading with some meat and more bone.
You might as well throw $50 in the trash than spend it here. Ridiculous prices. I like Jack in the Box occasionally but the food was prepared terribly at this location, I couldn’t even eat it. There was also a piece of plastic in my burger.

Why say you are 24 hours if you are not 24 hours ???????????????? Came at 3:30 and the girl said the system goes down until 4:20 so that’s not 24 hours …. Update the hours to closed from 330-4:20 just dumb!!!! Wasted gas!!!
