We was picking up an order and the person at the drive-thru never came to window or acknowledged us. After waiting 10 minutes, we canceled the order and left because we didn't know if /when they were going to say something.

Chicken wasn’t juicy enough and tacos were ok. Did not enjoy the bread much. If you find no other options around then worth it otherwise waste of money
The cheese on my burger wasn't melted and the burger patty was warm, the fries were good. The service is good but the guy who works here didn't do a good job, I asked for a drink refill with no ice and when he came back and my drink had ice that I did not want.

I when and a cashier named Destiny help me out she was so nice and helpful.
Cant go wrong with Jack's but I've noticed most fast food chains love serving warm or reheated French fries. And they give you looks when you want a fresh batch of fries. Other than that you can go wrong with Jack's spicy chicken and Jumbo Jack.

Do not buy food here the girl boy dyke soits in food n no one tells on her she disrespectful and disent wash hands needs becareful how u talk to people that are long time residents of comunity i need to speak to a manger or hr or coperate manger she light skinned skinny weares glasses and gots a boy hair cut

No common sense to Customer Service. employees here have to use their logic for example, if you run out of a food item, write up a signed and place it for people to see either before entering the drive-through or at the dining.

I went in with my service dog and was asked to show proof, the lady Marisol stated that the owner required it, when I explained to her and the manager that Hawaii Law states that no one can ask for proof they stated it was the owners request. I have a service dog that is properly trained and certified, I am a disabled veteran and I will be looking to contact the authorities about this ADA Violation
