I went in with my service dog and was asked to show proof, the lady Marisol stated that the owner required it, when I explained to her and the manager that Hawaii Law states that no one can ask for proof they stated it was the owners request. I have a service dog that is properly trained and certified, I am a disabled veteran and I will be looking to contact the authorities about this ADA Violation

They will let people steal your food and then when you call to get a refund will say they can't approve a refund then when you make sure the refund was approved they will ignore your calls even if you call them for an hour straight, at that time they will literally take their phone off the hook so you get nothing but a busy signal, to a point you have to get your refund through your bank or credit card provider. If I could give a zero star rating I would. There is a Jack in the Box about a mile and a half up the road and its worth the cost to go out of your way, go there instead. Or go to Wendy's, hell go to the donut shop across the street. At least you know what you're paying for and won't get robbed. And these are the same people who think they are worth $20/hour. Go literally anywhere else, this Jack in the Box belongs to the homeless and it shows in the people they hire.

This Jack in the Box on Washington Blvd in Montebello is a bit slow even when there are not many cars in the drive-through. The girl at the window just stared at me when I asked if I had napkins and hot sauce. No smile.

I generally don't have an issue. However, this last visit, I felt I waited longer than usual to order and to receive the one meal I ordered at the window. There was an apology and explanation of having a large mobile order they were fulfilling. Maybe they were short staffed.

and this location Jack-in-the-Box I like sometimes the food they make it well but the service is horrible because they don't even pack your order correctly. There's some items missing and sometimes I'm calling to the store and they never pick up their phone so in the screen it looks correct when you order will say when you place the order, but when they pack it is different so I don't know they need more extremely more service better than they have now any and more improvement and please people check your order before you leave from the drive-through or while your pick up the order because when you get home you will notify that there are a lot of items missing so please check

The drive through service is horrible and even when you correct the employee about the contents of the order, the employee still just gives me the stuff I didn’t order and I still got charged too much!! Do you guys make sure that your employees have better than a grade school education? Get people that have a little bit more than a slight clue,… please.
