I rolled thru here last week with a large order. This location is in the Montebello mall food court. Kate was patient and awesome by making sure each order was correct. Extra napkins and ketchup were also provided. Excellent customer service. The food came out hot and pretty fast. Overall the food was good but I’ve had better chicken sandwiches at other chicken joints. This hit the spot tho

Ordered the two tenders and fries for 10.99Also ordered solo tenderx2 for 3.85Got the same food on two different plates but it was 4 dollars different. The food was not good. Chicken over cooked and cold.

This place has great chicken! I think the person at the registers name was Martha, she helped me between the flavors and overall had great service. The portions are great for the price. Totally would recommend to my friends and family.

Location:Okay, Parking: Mall parking Service: Basic, Price for food received; a bit high. Overall: First time try and I have had Nashville hot chicken in Tennessee I was hoping for the same product. In Nashville, they serve chicken, not sandwiches, or breaded strips. Actual chicken legs, thighs, wings, and beasts. So when I do not see this on the menu I already feel cheated. Anyways I ordered the strips with the 2 hottest heat level along with some spicy fries and a drink. The fries I found to be plentiful and decent. The strips did live up to their name and did have allot of spice to raise the heat ceiling. Adding the stove heat made the meal hard to eat for a bit but I was able to get it down after the stove heat lowered. Now would I go back? Uhmmm not in a very long time....2.5 Stars
No fries today this location has to step it up or go out of business. Your employees need to put in more effort to make the food better quality. Coleslaw looks old and was dry. Smh

Really friendly staff and happy to help. For reference I am totally blind as in I can’t see anything. So yes, I am a disabled individual. They’re always happy to help me, and to even get to different places around the hanger. Super friendly as well especially the earlier shift don’t know the later shift really. I am sure they are good too. Lovely people. Every time I go they are just as friendly. :d good work! The food is made well and tasty as well. The food is quite filling as well. Got their blazing fries. I forgot to put in my number but the system remembered it. I was so bummed until I checked my messages later. And there was my reward. Good food, good company, and nice service, not sure what else to ask for.
