Came here for the first time on 04/17/2024. Never been to a jersey mikes. They play a good mix of music. Great Philly steak sandwich! Great service! Worker apologized for the slight hold up! All good youngster came through! Will definitely come back!?

Friendly staff is quick and efficient. I ordered the California Club on wheat bread online and was pleased to see it ready to go when I walked in a couple minutes later.They added jalapeños as requested, and since it was Mike’s Way it wasn’t loaded with condiments… this is usually not how I have a sub, but wow, I think this was the tastiest healthy sub I’ve ever had. No, bacon isn’t healthy, but this time it felt like it was!Bonus: they sliced the Turkey extra thin so the layered presentation ended up creating a texture like a jerked meat, and that really added to the bang of the sandwich. You could tell the quality of everything is indeed ABOVE the fast food level.

one of the female workers, skinny wearing a mask was very rude. this was my first time here and she asked me if i wanted it mikes way which i didn't even know what that was and she abruptly shouted at me and raised her voice while trying to explain what it was. like if she was trying to rush through me and get me out. which made me feel very weird and unwelcomed. horrible customer service!! i will never go here again unless they change their staff or fire her. she shouldn't be working in customer service if that's the way she talks to them! i still can't believe how rude she was!!! very unprofessional!!

Went to jersey mikes around 8pm. When I get there the person says they only have bread to make minis. I ask if I bought 2 minis would I be charge for a regular since they were the ones out of bread. The person smugly said we charge for whatever you order. So when making my sandwiches, they were out of onions as well. They weren't out of onions, they just didn't want to cut anymore due to they were closing in 50 minutes. They had already started sweeping and everything. They just wanted to go home!!!
The food is solid the problem is that the staff is not trained in customer service. More specific the gentleman That idetfided himself as the manager ( Benjamin ) I have been a customer for a long time but moving forward I will not be going back. Myself and my family Will be giving our business elsewhere.

Worst bread in all of LA if you want stale bread 24/7 come here. It's been my 3rd time getting a sandwich from here and w out fail they will have SUPER STALE bread.

This Jersey Mike's sucks. The worker named Mark was so rude. The restaurant was limited on bread selection, which can be understandable nearing the end of the night. At 8:20pm after ordering the food we asked if we can eat inside and the server Mark said no because we are closing and then proceeded to laugh with his co-worker. The store closes at 9pm, so I am not sure why he didn't allow us to eat in the restaurant. The restaurant was empty and the guys were not doing anything but standing there on his phone. I am disappointed at the service at this Jersey Mike's location, as I am a frequent consumer.
