Dude there sucks at listening had to repeat my order a couple times for him to get it wrong but my social anxiety sucked so i ended up buying two wouldnt recommend..

I love La Michoacana Montebello! They have a large selection of nieves, aguas frescas, nachos & choco bananas. This place is always very clean, and they have great custoner service. The staff make the customers feel like you are part of their family. My 91 year old gramps wanted an almond choco banana & unfortunately they had ran out. Maddy, was such a delight & said don't worry we will make one right now so your gramps can have his favorite choco banana and she did. Talk about going above & beyond the call of duty. Keep up the good work La Michoacana montebello. You have earned a loyal costumer.

Ice cream and other items were good. My reason for rating a 2 star is because of the man that helped me. I am not Hispanic and do not speak Spanish. Employees working should know how to speak and understand basic English. When I was ordering 2 scoop ice cream and something else. The guy did not understand a word I was saying. I needed to point to what I wanted. He should have had another person help me call just making it hard.

I bought a small bionico for 8.50. The fruit was dry, and the guy helping me put very little granola, raisens, and cream, almost nothing. I asked for more, and he said he had already put a scoop that if I wanted more, I needed to pay extra. Avoid this place if you like traditional bionicos with cream.
The stuff they sell is super good, but didn't like that in the Bionic that I ordered, there supposed to be a mixture of fruits but I mostly found Apples, (3 small pieces of strawberry, some really bad Papaya and some pieces of banana.....what kind of Biónico is this....it doesn't worth the price ??

I'm only voting 1 star because of how uncomfortable I felt at this location yesterday. I come every now an then for an ice cream because it is local to me, but those times all the employees were nice. This time however, I noticed it was only men and not that there is anything wrong with that, but it is wrong when they do inappropriate things to someone, he kept making comments but I didn't understand what he was saying so I just kept nodding me head and smiling then when he rung me up and gave me my total I handed him my cash and it felt like he sexually took it from my hand, I Immediately felt uncomfortable, I'm a girl and by myself. Then he hands me my change and squeezed my hand, I felt so disgusted but I just walked away and left and felt so nasty.There is absolute no reason he should be touching my hand when taking my cash or returning my change. I want the owner or manager to do something about this because I'm sure young girls go in by themselves all the time and we DONT want to be sexually harassed by your employees while trying to buy ice cream. I will not be coming back if that guy is still there, especially alone! The ice cream is good though, I will look for another Michoacana Ice cream parlor.I don't know the guys name but it was 2 guys working on june 4, 2023 around 3/4 in the afternoon. And he was the taller guy only speaks Spanish.

Awesome ice cream. Huge variety. So much to choose from. My fave was the walnut paleta. The milk based banana ice cream was simply delicious ! I will be back for more!

First time coming to this specific location. I'm actually still here as I write this review . Came here with my husband and two kids . My child chose an ice cream that she ended not liking after all. I understand that's the reason why they do samples, to avoid situations like this. I would never ask but each scoop is $4 . I asked the guy that helped me If they would exchange it for me , and make the exception? He seemed nervous and told me to ask the manager (older lady). She said the owner would never allow it. I wonder if he is going to read this review and think to himself "I would of given her a new scoop rather than lose a client " . That to me is better business . Oh well!
