I think calling in is probably best, but I was relaxing and didn't mind waiting. Everything is fresh and great. Veggie juice was delicious and tortas were no joke. We also had bionicos made to order...$$ but isn't everything? Clean restroom and Apple Pay.

Rude/horrible customer service the girl who helped me had a an attitude of not even wanting to be there and on top of that had an attitude when talking to customers. On top of that when I asked for my order they want to be hella stingy with the amount of like me they put on my chips one tiny lime for a bag of chips. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated with unfriendly service.

Located next to the Post Office. Very clean and spacious place to get some ice cream on a hot day. They will let you sample some ice cream before you make your choice. The ice cream was very creamy and delicious.

31 flavors?? Nah, there are so many flavors to choose from, all of them delicious. Made on the premises by the couple who own and operate it. So so good! Ice cream and water-based ice cream, palettas of course, tortas, crepes (careful, they're addictive), tostilocos, aguas dulce, fruit cups. All natural.

From all of the varieties of creamed and sorbet fruits to cultural desserts you'll only find in Mexican neighborhoods and markets. You'll find everything you're familiar with and more that you didn't know of.The service has always been excellent and the facility is always clean. All of the products are neatly organized and displayed for easy viewing.This store is a premium treat so the prices are at a premium too. I couldn't imagine visiting regularly but it is worth it to visit every so often as to not ruin your wallet.

Update 5/31/23I came in today and finally saw a menu with prices!! Very good in their part. Next, i ordered the maruchan chorreada! 5 stars alone just on that item it was super delicious. Only critique would be no butter in the cup. The noodles become extremely oily.**UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP**Let me start by saying, I'm giving a 5 star review, which i hardly do for these types of establishments!! But this one, in particular, was extremely clean. It smelled good as i walked in, and customer service was amazing. The new owner's greeted me, as well as prepared my order. This place has a variety of aguas frescas, paletas based with water or milk, a variety of ice cream and raspados, which are not made with pre-made syrup, they specifically said they make their own from fruits. Moving on, there is a wide variety of chips,chicharrones, and even tortas. Many toppings to choose from, including their homemade chamoy! and the best part is they have a wide selection of fresh vegetables and fruits for natural juices. It's definitely worth coming here. Show your support to the new owners so their hard work and business thrives in the city of montebello!
