Music: More hip-hop/trap music than any other genres. If you are looking for a place to dance latin music, this club is NOT it. The vibe: Not an upbeat crowd, more like people mingling and drinking, chilling. Never seen a fight breakout so that's a plus. Alcohol: Drinks are ok. It depends on the bartender you get because I remember getting really yummy drinks one year from the same bartender upstairs. Not the case this year. They offer bottle service too. People: A mix of 20s-40s crowd. Service: Not the best. The night of Haunted Hill 2025, the VIP ticket check was entirely perfunctory; the guy simply glanced at my screen, turned his back, and provided no verbal communication. It wasn't until someone else passed by and helped me. So much for purchasing VIP... I was expecting better customer service for VIP than standing in the GA line.

The server was slow. When we first arrive the host check us in and told us she needed an ID and credit card just to hold onto and we could pay however we like at the end. Which was a lie come to find out. The server came to our table took our drink order and never came back. After about thirty minutes of waiting for our drink we got up and had to walk to the bar area to look for the server... come to find out she charge the card I had let them hold onto without my consent to do so and close out the table. Took another forty five minutes or so for the server to clear everything up and fix it. She cancel the transaction on my card and said the fund will be refunded within twenty four hours. Which it hasn't and it have been seventy two hours now still refund pending. Oh to add to all this the deposit that I had put down to hold the table it just to hold the table it doesn't get use toward the bill... what a bunch of SCAMMER! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS CLUB AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL HAVE A MUCH BETTER TIME THEN GOING HERE. Not allow to give Zero but just so you know if it was possible I Raye it zero star in almost every area except Atmosphere deserve a 2 star... THEIR TRUE SCAMMER!
