My children their favorite place

the Laras and Perez too

Brought my 2 y/o daughter here with a local Moms group. She had so much fun- she played non-stop for 2 hours and had a great time. I noticed how it affected her positively the rest of the day. It’s a good clean place to let your little one/s play. The equipment is so much fun and padded well.

Its with a heavy heart I have to write such a bad review for this place. I tried to message Sarah the owner privately but was still not heard by her and was responded to rudely. (Photo of chat included) my family have been coming for years, even having a few bday parties here.., and after this last visit we can no longer support this business. If you have a child with special needs or any disability at all, this is not the place for you. Earlier this week my children had a day off from school so we visited this location. All my husband and I wanted was to take our children to a place where they can have fun instead I was questioned about my son's disability. As we entered this location I didn't notice anyone behind the counter at first, after a couple of mins Sarah the owner finally appeared and charged me. The topic of my son having autism came up and in that quick interaction Sarah managed to question me and have the audacity to ask "do you think vaccines caused your son's autism?" This made me VERY uncomfortable. She tried continuing the convo and I quickly said my foods getting cold to avoid any further questioning and leave this awful convo. Other things noticed... Sarah was never behind the counter the entire visit. For 3 hours she sat with the same guest gossiping, she got up a couple times to throw a couple balls back in the pit and that's about it. Never did I see her disinfect or clean, never wiped down or cleaned a table, never swept at all during my long visit..and if you walked in you wouldn't even think she worked there, much less the owner. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty. The boba bar area doesn't look like a boba bar at all. In fact, when getting ready to leave I wanted to order one just to see how it was and Sarah didn't want to get up and help me. She instead pointed to an older lady that appeared to had just got there in reg clothes, not wearing anything indicating she was an employee. When the lady was making my drink she seemed confused and asked Sarah if an item was what she needed to make my drink. Sarah then proceeded to ask her from across the room "You don't know the difference between black tea and chai?" With a sarcastic smirk on her face belittling the employee. Perhaps if your boba bar was organized properly and employees were trained properly she wouldn't have had to ask you for help. I asked for clear lychee jelly and received multi colored jelly with no straw. It was ok. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. They also have TVs that aren't being used. And a little speaker to play music you can barely hear. Also, she admits guests that appear to be viably sick into her playground. I witnessed children with discolored snot running down their face. If children appear visibly sick it's probably a good idea to turn them away. This is probably the reason why every visit my kids become ill. People after me were offered return stamp cards for future visits, I was never offered one when I was paying. Do better. Be more professional. Don't give opinions when opinions aren't wanted. "Got it" never apologized for offending me and making me feel uncomfortable with her questions.

Small place perfect for age 5 and under. They offer drinks bar with reasonable price, i see they wash their toys every time I go in, something is always being clean, for that alone, I have to give them 5 stars even the place is small

What's the point of having the option to "reserve" private play when the owner will just give away the reservation to private party instead so that the owner can pocket more money? I don't understand this logic. We had tried to book a private play for our kid and their friends. We even sent out invitations a week ago for rvsp after reserving a date and time. Today we texted Little Dimples to make sure our reservation is still good to go, only to find out that the reservation has been "book just now" to a private party instead. "Oh sorry. Guess you'll just have to uninvite everyone and tell everyone it's cancelled." What a way to run a business.

Little Dimples Playground is the best place to host a kids birthday party. The owner Sarah takes pride in her business and makes sure everything goes smoothly. It’s been a pleasure being a guest of several parties and the host as well. I just booked another one for a Saturday in November and once again Sarah never ceases to amaze me with a text confirming the date and she answers the phone swiftly as well. I recommend all my friends and family to Little Dimples and we can’t wait to celebrate another birthday there! Thank you!

Don't buy a membership is not worth it,I visit a week day and they had a birthday party, Saturdays close and sundays only 2 hours it's ridiculous, not worth it.. Never again ?

It is quite small and cozy playroom for kids. There is a cafe inside so i could order a drink too. My son liked tricycle and ballpool. It wouldn't be my first option as the entrance fee is quite expensive, but it is pretty good enough to hang out with my son sometimes.

We love this location! Great spot to plug in and work while my little ones play! We have had a great experience with our kids playing with other kids. They love the toys, the slides, the trampoline and ball pool. We highly recommend this playground.

Listen to the other reviewers when they tell you not to come here. This place is an utter disappointment. For starters, I'm told it's $15 for children under 2 years of age, and $20 for children over 2, but I get a sibling discount. Fair enough. So why was my total still $35? Where is this "discount"? A previous reviewer stated she tried to order boba and was told she couldn't because it was 30 min before closing time. Instead of apologizing, the business owner makes excuses to try to justify the situation and ends by telling the customer she should've fixed it then and there. So I'm glancing at this unappetizing boba menu, about to ask a simple question, and I'm told that the kitchen is closed and no more boba is being served.....at 6:53pm....your hours are 5:30 - 8:00. So when exactly is boba served then? Had I known that, I would've gone to a different playground. I didn't smell the poop smell that people mentioned. You get 1 star for that.
