The Service was terrible I ask for ketchup and she throw them in the bag and all of the ketchups fell out the bag and she tore up the receipt bad service

The service is good here. Employees are nice and friendly. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the restroom needs some attention. One restroom stall door doesn't lock and the restroom didn't have toilet liners. Also it needed some cleaning. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. I hope they improve in this area. I'll come back and update after a few more visits. Next time I'll include pictures.

I came in last week to order food I dined in. The bathroom was really dirty , the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all . They got my order wrong and when I asked to speak to a manager I was appointed to Micheal . He was very rude and it seemed like he didn’t care for his job at all . If you hate your job that much why work there ?? Please avoid this location at all costs .

Dolores was so unprofessional and rude. Made snarky comments after I ask if I could have 2 buffalo sauce for an order with two cheeseburgers and said “we can’t give extra since it’s 1 order or else I’ll charge you $0.25 for it”, it’s TWO meals in the one order I made. Are these McDonald’s employed stingy? Is the Buffalo sauce coming out of her paycheck? Overall terrible employee.

Had to actually go inside just to get a refund because the McDonald’s app doesn’t let you process it yourself — incredibly inconvenient in 2025, by the way. And this wasn’t a one-off mistake either. The past three times I’ve ordered from here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Missing items every single time. One time I ordered breakfast and the drinks never showed up. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and—surprise—no buffalo sauce. Your job isn’t that complicated: read what’s on the screen and bag it. If that’s too much to handle, maybe double-checking should be part of the training. Easily the worst McDonald’s on the east side of LA

The parking lot could use a bit more work. The food is good but in the mornings it’s very full. Try to get there early. Also, the service was good when I went there.
Horrible experience with the food and also Oscar the manager has been talking bad about ex employees at his job what kind of manager is that seriously why would you still have someone like that on there…😡
