It is clear that despite many orders like mine having the same issue: ordering one thing, and being given the order incorrectly- either with condiments I CLEARLY DIDNT ASK, but also being charged for an item I also didn’t ask: they don’t have the bare minimum courtesy to answer the phone to address such issues. When I tried to address the issue, the employee became defensive and insisted I gave them the order wrong. THIS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED.

I arrived at the restaurant at five in the morning, only to wait for 25 minutes before I was finally served breakfast. I had to go to work!
You guys have 5 people working on 1 ordrr while you have a line and ppl waiting to get refills with no one asking if they need help customer services its at its worset at this mcdonalds when eating inside workers need a work ethic traning or something its a tuesday jun 10 at 3:07pm who ever was scheduled to work this day work on your work ethic if u dnt like customer service find another job. They don't fill up your fries like they used to! Whether you buy medium or large fries, they'll never fill the container to the top. It's always down around the lower front cutout area of the container.
