I ordered from here six times and it's always wrong never ever correct. Not even once look at my pics, old fashion? confetti donut? not what I ordered. I ordered raspberry jelly's, there's a plain donut in there too lol. Who replace's something with a plain donut. Also I'm highly allergic to cocoanut!!!! They put two in there, I got two donuts I ordered. And no one will do anything to refund. Don't ever buy online, there excellent to die for donuts. But go in person who ever is making there online orders. should be fired immediately you could of really harmed someone.

We always go here because they really care about their water quality and we do too! A huge plus is that the cashier is always sooo sweet and VERY service-minded + they have great food, smoothies and donuts 🍩😋

Idk if it’s just because I haven’t bought donuts in a while but 20 bucks for 12 donuts sounds insane to me and they charge for everything little thing. For example if you get the jelly filled or even the donut holes with sprinkle donuts. Got a boba drink small I wanted it with the boba like the picture they wanted a buck more. Idk I’ve never spent 40 bucks for boba and a drink before. First and last time coming here. It was the only place open today.

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I called ahead to order a pastrami sandwich and was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break, I placed the order. However, when I arrived, they had forgotten about my order entirely. They assured me they would prepare it quickly after I reminded them I was on my lunch break.

Once I got back to work, I discovered I was given the wrong order—a tuna sandwich instead of the pastrami I ordered. I called the location to resolve the issue, but the solutions offered were frustrating. I was told I could either return the sandwich at any time of the day to get a refund or just eat the tuna sandwich. Neither option worked for me, as my lunch break was already wasted and I didn’t have food to eat.

Additionally, they offered to credit me for the price of the tuna sandwich during my next visit instead of covering the cost of the pastrami, which is more expensive. This entire situation was poorly handled, and the customer service left me feeling very unsatisfied. My time was wasted, my lunch was ruined, and no reasonable resolution was provided.

I come here often to fill up my gallon waters, and it’s convenient. However, one of the women working here is very rude. Not at all good customer service.

Staff here is always super friendly and professional. The donuts are delicious beyond reason and the sandwiches are phenomenal, made fresh with care and pride. Thank you very much!
