Mediterranean Express Grill

30 minute wait for food. Was told it would be 15 min. Food is decent but wait time is insane.

The food is nowhere near as good as when the restaurant opened.
The chicken is flavorless and not grilled all the way.
And to top it off, the price keeps going up.
$20 for a plate full of rice and 5 small pieces of chicken, sad.

Nice taste of Mediterranean food.

Not Mediterranean taste.

Delicious Mediterranean despite it being inside of a mall and having to fight for mall seating (if you choose to eat inside lol). I appreciate that they have online ordering, it makes this much faster. I will say it did take a while for me to get my order despite it being ready due to the staff chatting with each other, it seemed only two people were actually working (one cooking/one taking orders and tickets), there were 3-4 people chatting and giggling making no effort to actually work or assist, I’m unsure if they were on their break or even work there but I can say it looks very inconsiderate and can upset customers who are in a hurry. Prices are pretty high, but the food is good so we continue to come from time to time.

Good taste but the price is ridiculous for what you get. $30 for a plate and had to buy hummus on the side. The pic says it all. 90% rice and the rest that is supposed to make a Mediterranean plate better they only give small portions. At other places I’ve been to you get balanced portions without having to buy side orders. You get salad, humus rice and meat proportionately. Never again

I stood there and the lady just looked up and ignored me.. someone in the back had to help me. Next time visiting other vendors, I sat waiting for my food and my ppl ate their food

But this time 5 little pcs of chicken.
Soultani half size of what it used to be.
They need to change the pictures on the menu.
Because they don't match actual plates.

WARNING: THE BEEF KABOB IS DISGUSTING
I love kabobs, even mediocre kabobs I can enjoy...but this place...
The beef kabob tasted like burnt rubber, absolutely the most disgusting meat I've ever had. I had the combo plate which included chicken. The chicken kabob was edible but bland, and not at all worth the price.
So many better choices of food in the mall than this.

The Falafel is not that good. Wasn't even wrapped properly also the cashier asked me twice if I wanted a salad or fries, I answered fries twice and I still received a salad. Not worth $17.20 ?

Dietary restrictions: Definitely not for vegans.
